- The Ribble Valley is a beautiful part of England, and ideal for a UK staycation all year round.
We explored the beautiful countryside, ate at some incredible restaurants and enjoyed a mix of quirky and luxury accommodation. If you're looking for somewhere with amazing scenery but without the crowds, definitely take a look at the Ribble Valley in Lancashire.

I live near Preston and cycle a lot. My favourite area is the Ribble Valley especially on a sunny dry day. I’m worried now with your beautiful video they will all come flocking to the area but I’m sure the area will be able to accommodate.

Born in Whalley, a "large village" in Ribble Valley. It is good to see a lot of new things have appeared since I returned from living 10+ years in California. The Red Pump Yurts are new, The Stanley? Spa place was a derelict wreck when I was a kid. Mitton Hall was a pub I used to visit, half of this old place was called "Owd Ned's". Bowland Food Hall is totally new, it wasn't in existence back when I lived here. And more...
So many new things! We're looking forward to seeing more soon too.

The Ribble Valley looks beautiful! I have not heard of it before, but I would love to check it out on a future trip to the UK someday. It would be fun to just go for a walk in the hills there. Staying in a yurt would be really neat! I'm glad you and Macca had a great time checking out the Ribble Valley! Awesome video!
