idk about tier 1 but I definitely think it's tier 2. It's consistent, has a ton of non engine, and it's endboard is one of the most toxic in the game. Spellbreaker just wins entire matchups.
I love this deck man , i always wanted to play trishula cuz i got a royal finish of him when i started playing md and he looks cool af , but didnt know how to play him in a good deck glad they gave support to this deck , not very broken not long boring ass combos like yubel i couldnt play thst deck anymore its so boring , good but boring . This deck is like a sweet spot of fun and kinda good .

You can use it to banish all of your opponents monster together with the marincess link 2, the marincess monster locks you into summoning water monster only so you can't re-summon them

Lancea can summon an Ice Barrier monster from almost anywhere, extra deck included. Its first effect won't allow a Trishula to activate on summon, because it's not treated as a synchro summon, but its second effect does.
What sucks is the new card isn't even an Ice barrier monster lol. So doesn't get protected which sucks. It does summon monsters one per chain from the extra deck or deck that are ice barrier monsters. If it is destroyed basically is when you can use it's effect to summon a ice barrier monsters which is considered a synchro summon and that's how they get their effects. With no problem at all. Still the new card is good just wish it was considered an ice barrier.

Zealantis is there so you can nuke your opponent board basically just water lock yourself with coral anemone and the use it's effect
