Minato could teleport the susano but again itachi’s susano can just neg the teleportation jutsu since the jutsu would have to effect the whole susano nor do I think minato will be able to break out of itachi’s genjutsu and he will look itachi in the eyes the same as how he did to obito, and then he gets caught that way also I would say prime itachi is faster the minato excluding minato’s telaportation jutsu which isn’t a speed thing but hax
