Nick, I recently discovered your channel and I absolutely LOVE your content.
I’m experiencing some swings at 5NL right now, I’m 4 tabling zoom which is pretty insane to begin with, but ill run hot and go 7 buy one up in one session, and then go 3 buy ins down the next. Do you have any general advice or tips to just improve win rate?

I would reduce your table count mate, focus on your decisions more. Make sure your sessions aren't overly long, and take plenty of breaks! Absorb all the educational poker content you can (try Carrot Corner and BenaBadBeat if you haven't already.

Nick I went in with aces preflop and got called by two guys holding AK. I’m like 96% favourite. Board comes 2345 and we split it three ways. Do you have any advice on how to not run outside and punch the first baby I see after some shit like that?
I don't see how you can ever win at these stakes, the guy calls with A 7 off suit at 5:30 and hits a 7 on the river and goes all in, I can see why you lose at these stakes when anything can hit peoples hands and people go all in and get lucky when should've folded at the turn...effing mental
