Thank you for sharing the Bible with us Trip. Your video brought back a memory of a time I had to make a difficult decision, and the Lord really used that verse. I was praying and the verse came to mind, I thought ‘that can’t be the answer’ - so I started listening to a sermon: ‘What shall it profit a man if he should gain the whole world and lose his own soul’ were the first words the Pastor said. So I kept attending a street ministry Bible study while I was living with a Pastor and his wife - instead of going to his study. And the Lord honored it. He wrote a letter of recommendation for me when I applied to visit the state’s max facility for young men. ‘God has not given us the Spirit of fear. But of power, love, and of a disciplined mind.’ You can see it happen when Jesus faced the cross, and then rose from the dead.
