listen to this shit because this video is the truth, im a white dude so i cant get sickle cell, but i have fibro and from being poor i worked alot of bad jobs like unloading trucks and puttting my body through hell. im 34 now and been in the hospital the past 4 to 5 months. while remodeling a house my body just completely shut down on me and i quit breathing. ive had to change my posture, stop using laptops, stop pplaying video games, start drinking more water a day, vitamins, force myself to leave everyday to walk to stretch, you gotta eat healthier, you gotta watch your cholesterol, doctors are crooked i only found one dr who cares about me the rest keep trying tomake me take a shitload of meds that have nothing to do with my issues and then rush me out of their office without helping my body aches. ive read p and his sickle cell was so bad as kid he would cry and theyd give him morphine and all kinds of pain meds. pain meds are a life saver but they eventually stop working for you and start working against you once your body becomes dependant on them it wants more. i still advise smaller doses of pain meds for breaking pain, but young kids please take care of your bodies, exercise, eat healthy,, drink water. i dont care if your black brown white asian i want everyone to have a healthy life. even if you feel your life is helpless right now if your poor or something, your lifes gonna change 30 years from now. and when youw ork all your life to buy something like a house or finally fall in love you dont wanna be sick and die a year later. enjoy your time on earth stick around a while
Actually white people CAN have sicklecell. Look it up, people from european, middle eastern, hispanic, and african american background can get sickle cell. I've known personally 7 hispanic people and, 3 caucasian all siblings had sickle cell. It was weird to me too at first!
