This was a cute episode. Those words sounded like FAs real feelings. I could see Char really hiding after kissing FA😂

The cuddling scene was soooo cute! It felt real, like Engfa and Charlotte and not Meena and Cherine. It was hard to differentiate the two in this episode more than the other ones. 😀

Remember how everyone said Charlotte kept saying she liked how E smelled and she just wanted to cuddle her, be near her. It sounds pretty close to this scene. And in last scene E had tears. BIG tears.

Somewhere in the many back and forths it was brought up. When I watched this it actually made the comments over the past weekend make so much sense. I am not all on the shipper train, but I do think they are adorable whether best friends or love interests!

Man, I just hope they flashback to things that happened within that 3 month time jump. It'd be great to see their first official date, at least. I think this episode is def one of the best so far. The "can we date" scene and the way Cherine wiped Meena's one tear and the waking up together scene really did it for me 🥹
THIS EPISODE WAD CUTE AS HELL. GOT ME REMEMBERING ALL OF THEIR CUTE LIVES AND GHOST SCARES. HOPEFULLY WE GET THOSE STEAMY SCENES NEXT WEEK THO CAUSE WE NEED THEM AT THIS POINT... THEY TEASED US ENOUGH ALREADY
They clearly weren't ready to get hot and heavy in this episode. This proves that the pool scene was either a fantasy in Sherine's mind after her and Meena almost kissed on the bed in Ep. 7 or we were being teased with a flash forward of a future time. The fact that, after 3 months of dating, Sherine is still flustered/skittish every time they were ABOUT to kiss just proves my point. Their energy towards each other would be different if the pool scene actually happened when the show suggested it happened.
The pool scene it's like the Faye scene with Meena, not follow the time line of the serie
The pool was so misplaced! It shows that it was shot outside of the story line!
I think it was a fantasy
The practising part: "I like you, do you like me?" is very funny. Especially the part in bed. It reminded me for a moment of an Indian couple in an indian movie haha. The feeling they bring. It's so real... Like they are filming their own lives... I love them so much...❤

and the shyness My Word🤣 don't think there are people who're this kinda shy in real life🤣 yes we be shy but we gotta keep our cool at all costs😚 love them loads
“We should date” Engfa’s true feelings really came out 🥹 I know she’s been waiting for Charlotte to say that in real life. I can only dream and hope for now lol

I told my friend who is liking the girl for the first time the same thing as Lalin. It might end into disaster if you get into a relationship that you're not sure of. It a loosing battle, you might break up and worst is that the friendship you build might not be there after the failed relationship.
Over all, this episode is beautifully done. ✅

I'm dying laughing when you said "no preview" ... this whole series is a mess 😂 like scenes are out of order.. there is no flow.. it so piece meal with incomplete storylines. I really don't want a sml season 2... i rather just do a whole new series with people who can write a script and edit. I'm dying .. this is so funny.. I love englot too much. THE CUDDLING SCENE in the bed though.. .ugh, so worth it. At this point.. just give me 30-40 minutes of cuddles and I'll be satisfied 😂
This looks like the original script, these were all of the pictures and clips from the launch. It was really sweet, so although a bit disappointed it was still giving lol.
They taped a bunch of sexy scenes and didn't know what to do with them after the fact hence them giving the pool scene soooo early and raising our expectations higher than we had initially. Charlotte was tweeting wait how can they be soooo shy after the pool scene lol.
No preview because they don't want to make false promises. My thing is, they are wearing the table scene clothes already so you could have at least showed that but I guess they will release the preview later. The debate was still 9 or 10 episodes and they may have not decided because I am assuming we also have Lalin's wedding so we shall see.
I know they said they did some freestyling and I believe the shyness was real. That was definitely the real cheek kiss and I wonder if that's why Char ran away lol. The director also said the script said smelling so can't wait to see the behind the scenes to see what was the director and what was them.
This EP got me in my feelings 🥺. This was the best EP thus far 😭💖. I swear, it’s like they really laid out everything on this one. The music, directory, scriptwriting. EVERYTHING!!!!
This ep had me giggling kicking my feet biting the sheet and jumping out windows 🤭🤭

This ep is really cute, sweet and really gives us an almost microscopic view of their inner circle in real life. Also, you are right, Engfa and Meena is one in the same in this ep.. and in a really good way!
Engfa/Meena practically creates a standard and template on how to treat a girl they love for thos who havent figured it out yet or for those who are doing it all wrong. I particularly love the scene when Meena talks to Cherine while asleep and true to Engfa persona, she holds out and stops herself from kissing Cherine. Whilst, I agree that Cherine wouldnt mind given that she was actually awake and just pretending to see, more than anything it solidifies the consistent treatment that Meena has for Cherine not out of obligatory restraints but clearly out of pure love and respect. The first night as a couple got me thinking if i was watching a reality show or still an ep… i see all the cute scenes happening to them in real life and yes even Cherine sliding her way around under the bed! Hahaha!
I love what Nudee has done for the character of Lalin, she truly is the best friend you want to have around you in every situation and every emotions coz she is one never to interfere but to support the whole way through.
Tina from the last ep and this one shows that she is a very effective host, her voice is one you want to here and listen to. Seeing her with rainbow gang in real life and in the show as a professional does not have a disconnect as she always seems to be true to herself and this very well translates through the screen and even transcends the scripts! I love it! I just wish the focused the camera on her more and had a close angle shot for this ep.

The explanation of why they’re so shy after the pool scene it’s because that scene (along with others like the wedding dream, Meena siting in Cherine’ lap and almost kissing) were recorded AFTER they shoot the main original story.
Their boss said that they thought it was necessary to record “love” scenes and add it.
That’s why it’s kinda confusing 😂 Altought, having such scenes… I’m not complaining 😂 So, I can’t wait for the next episode!

The words at the bottom are comments from the viewers and its so cute. When she told her mom that she's in love with a women this time the comments asked if the woman she mentioned was cherine. There were other cute things that they commented but I just wanted to translate that cute part for you😂 ❤
And yes those type of kisses on the cheek are the highest form of kisses here. It's called a hăwm. How deeper a thai person inhales to give the kiss is how deeper the affection they have for you❤️

Entertaining reaction, per the norm, thank you! I think this ep was all original scenes, as the initial intended romcom. I think they were so not used to being affectionate, so the director kept it cute, but as the comfort level grew, he saw the opportunity to adjust. The pool scene being thrown in the last ep I think takes away from the build on this one. I get the new relationship shyness, it's cute, but after the pool...I don't know, I think this ep, if it ended with the pool, it would've seemed a more natural progression vs a step back...this was cute though, don't get me wrong, just the placement of the pool scene seems premature now.

I was so confused when the first scene was back to the pageant. Seems like production team accidentally left that scene out in last episode and had to insert it in this one lmao these poor editing people are probably scrambling to get every episode out on time and in the correct timeline. Now it makes sense why Cherine asked about Faye when they were saying goodbye after the pageant.
Also it’s so silly to me how they literallllyyy had a full blown hot ass make out sesh in the pool but now they can’t even kiss 😂😂😂

As we know when SML first started filming they filmed what we saw today (them being gfs) the more sexy scene were never written in the scrip until much later when they were changing things. Since they aired the pool scene first and(today) then now them being gfs it’s making it look like the pool scene is a dream bc S rejected M’s kiss. Love scenes weren’t suppose to be in SML at all so to me it seems like when they became gfs they wanted it to look like they were taking things slow and S wasn’t ready for all the “heavy”‘stuff (like char since she’s never dated a girl) but since they added the Pool scene it seems all over the place. Yes, they kissed only but now that they are officially dating (S probably has never been w/a girl) S wants to take things slow and until she’s ready so I do think that they haven’t kissed or done anything since being official and M is being super respectful about it (just like E) as for when M is at the hotel is and is asking about S and she seems a bit off I think it’s M questioning if S really likes her and later that night boom “love scene” lmao idk that’s what I think

OKAY! So, I have a "shower thoughts" theory about some of the weird editing we've been seeing. This might get long, bear with me.
I follow a VFX channel that will discuss good and bad CGI and VFX. One thing they mention, is a lot of the shows or movies where we see bad CGI is because the higher ups didn't give the VFX team enough time to do their work. I think that's what we're seeing here.
Any episode that includes scenes in the original trailer were part of the original script and probably were edited a while ago. They look great, they flow well, and the scripts make sense.
THEN comes the re-writes (for whatever reason) and the reshoots. THAT'S where the janky flow comes from. They were literally filming all the way up to when the first couple episodes aired. That doesn't give the editors much time to properly insert the scenes before they have to be published.
We get all twitchy with the editing. But in the end, the editor does what they can with the script, which is finalized by the executive producer. So, the question I have is WHO is getting the ultimate say in the end product?
Speaking from my experience the producer has the final say and can change a lot expecially if the producer, director and writer/s are all different.
So you can have the script saying something and the director either goes with the exact flow of the script or adds scenes to it or removes certain scenes during shooting and later during post production the producer will decide what makes the final cut, how he wants the film to look, what kind of music he would like. However all this depends on the contracts they, some writers are fully involved and others are just there to write. Producer is in charge of the budget, looks for sponsors, chunks in his/her own money.
Sometimes budget plays a role in the quality. I have seen shows with low budget and they are good, the quality and sound is good,
Experience also plays a role, high budget or not.

This ep got me confused a bit because last episode, Meena clearly told Cherine that she liked her. And the morning after their first sleep over, she did hear Meena say it again. But she was still confused. I get her because sometimes we overthiink it when we like someone. Though I'm still wondering whether the pool scene actually happened.
This ep was so cute, felt real. Engfa said that in this ep she said something or did something that she did/say in real life. I wonder if you caught that?

they took the hot scenes out because they wanted this episode to be more cute and wholesome since they had just officially confessed and got together. We also have to remember that the love scenes weren't initially part of the script, Nawat added it for fan demand (and other changes) So like with the pool scene, they just sticked it somewhere. It's prob gonna be in next episode cuz it seems like they are re-editing
