My orchestra class is playing this piece right now actually. Brilliant timing.
This can easily be a boss battle song. I really really adore symphonic metal for that reason alone. Some are more orchestrations combined with a very talented singer, or in some cases like Dimmu Borgir, really really epic sounding boss music with screaming to boot! This is combining two very well loved things (Classical music and Symphonic Metal) into one. I also love your video game covers! Especially Dancing Mad and Kefka's theme.
I agree with everything that you said except the screaming part. I hate when people scream in music! I love Dancing Mad! Distant Worlds's version is my favorite though, and my favorite music piece! If you haven't heard it I highly suggest listening to it!

Have you guys done "Mars, Bringer of War" by Gustav Holst? It might be tricky since it's in 5/4, but it is one of the most badass pieces of classical music ever composed.
This was a very significant classical piece in my childhood because my grandmother used to put me to sleep with it, and now I enjoy symphonic metal songs and/or you know, basically any rock of the intense-sounding type, so I truly enjoyed this cover. Thank you so much.
