Ah, is that so. I honestly don't know much about how these things go, but I've seen an anime about voice acting (they exist, lol) in which they all recorded it together, so I just assumed it was the same irl. Thanks for enlighting me!
I mean,he was voiced by a Power Rangers actor,just like Ichigo from Bleach who was voiced by the actor who portrayed Tommy Oliver.

It's because American voice actors record their lines separately from each other. Everyone besides the actor messing up at the time has already recorded their lines for the scene and are probably not in the room.
I always found this show difficult to watch because Izaya looks just like my cousin.

vic mignoga and crispen freeman played brothers; vic was the younger brother this time. vic played edward elric, older brother. johnny played yukio okumaru, the younger twin, in blue exorcists and izaya is also a brother to two twin sisters. bryce papenbrook played the older twin, rin, in blue exorcists. yuri played sasuke, younger brother of crispen's character.
The audience's reaction makes these all the better. :3
