That's because Danganronpa series are not officially released in Korea.(although you can buy them on Steam and use fan translation sub) So, Linuj made it with Japanese voicelines, since it's more familiar to Korean.

It always drove me nuts that there were very little voice clips in DRA but now that I think about it it just makes it more interesting when they actually talk

I don’t get it. In trigger happy havoc, Makoto has a variety of voice lines for picking the right options, winning hangman’s gambit and finding the location of the murder places (which that reserves for hajime) but in DRA 1, Yuki just uses the same line “I got it” for those 3 I mentioned.
