It might be the exact opposite because, last time I checked, Iron Man has a weird habit of pissing off Thor every time he has a "bright idea". Meanwhile, Cap keeps trying his absolute hardest to reign in Hulk/Bruce whenever he talks to either of them.
Keep in mind, I'm just basing this off of old-school comic book knowledge. Hulk & Thor are locked in like Wolverine & Colossus, don't get me wrong. But if you had no choice but to split them up, I'm giving the Asgardian to the WW2 vet (they're both men out of time/touch) and I'm trusting the big green sentient Gamma bomb with the cyborg billionaire with a background in using weapons of mass destruction to the best of their abilities.

It would be the opposite. Thor is much closer to Steve and Banner is much closer to Tony. Bruce probably wouldn’t trust himself after all the damage he did, and Thor is not even of Earth so wouldn’t listen to the Accords (plus he always side with Cap out of respect)

The only way I can see Black Widow surviving that grenade, is if she killed the two armed soldiers and used one or both of the bodies to cover the grenade. Even then, she has to do so in 5 seconds? Even if she can pull it off, there’s no way she isn’t coming out seriously injured or covered in blood from the two soldiers exploded bodies.
