Appreciate all the tips! On the signature - what are some other options people use besides the default? Is it better to have a message that says it came from my iPhone rather than no indication at all? Can you do a video about the mail fetching and what each choice means? Thanks!

Only one thing which i dont like about this mail app is notifications will not work properly though we ON push and pull, we want gmail like notification it will receive immediate notification from the sender

This video was fun to watch. I remember updating my signature back in the day. The default didn’t make sense.
So glad Apple has the send later feature.
Soon they will have that feature for text messages

Dizzy Broad are you using the Apple Mail app?? If so you have access to all of those features. It sounds to me as if you’re using the Gmail app and Outlook App??
