In general yeah he was good looking and a sort of kind innocent child like man (outside of the apartment) but those things doesn’t excuse the fact of what he had done throughout those years, as much as he didn’t want to he still let his fantasies become a reality to relive himself of his gruesome thoughts, those poor victims thought he was “the one” but unfortunately they didn’t see what was coming…everyone should be careful in every single situation no matter what, take precautions, don’t ever get in the car with a hitchhiker and don’t ever pick up a hitchhiker, make sure to be in a public place, stay with friends, have friends or someone you know who will have the decency to walk/drive you home, pretend to be on your phone or ring someone when your on your own, don’t ever go back to someone’s house (especially on a night out), always keep your drink close to your chest in your hand while also covering the top of the glass with your hand too, always let someone know if you hear any screams or inappropriate conversations or suspicious sightings (a man/woman trying to force another man/woman into a car or not letting go of their hand), if a woman/man looks at you in a scared emotion or watery eyes then try find a way to help that person but not get completely involved or else something might happen to you too, when travelling don’t forget to find out the emergencies number that should be called when you are in trouble, walk through streets/neighbourhoods that you are most known by people who live there (I always take my route outside the local police station)…I hope whoever has read these keep them in mind ❤️🙏

Also some of his victims don’t even exist and the some of the pictures that authorities released was of other people . Oh gee, was poor little old Jeffrey terribly upset by something MEAN said about him.
    Of dear. How terrible.
Showing his real self there. Narcissist. Doesn't like it when HE isn't controlling the narrative about himself. Amazing how many people he suckered into believing that he earnestly didn't understand why he did such things and was truthful in interviews.
Total BS. But he was correct that this was what people wanted to hear. Still today, in UA-cam comments, you find people saying, "he wasn't like other serial killers, he really wanted to understand what was wrong."
That was his manipulation game, just as totally fake as Chris Watts' "good father and quiet put upon husband" schtick. Watts' neighbor said that at night he could hear Watts SCREAMING abuse at his family.
Never ceases to amaze me what people will fall for.

Dahmer should have gotten the death penalty, if only the state of Wisconsin hadn't abolished the death penalty in 1853. I honestly believe that he been tried in a death penalty state, he would have been sentenced to death and most importantly, that sentence would have been carried out by now. Death row inmates are segregated from general population, and in his case he would have been in protective custody, so I think a Scarver attacker wouldn't be able to get to him. Also we would have seen true justice carried out, not by another murderer, by the arm of the law. I will never understand why some people are so opposed to a clinical execution for an obviously dangerous serial killer.
