Girlfriend broke up with me 2 days after our 2nd anniversary, then proceeded to ask me the next morning if she could date this dude (the breakup and question were through text, and this was in high school). I dont know if she was cheating with him before the breakup or waited till after breaking up with me to hook up with him but that's close enough to cheating for me to never ever want to do that (besides the obvious basic moral implications that you're an asshole if you cheat on someone).

The problem with scenarios like this is that the ‘Happy Ending’ is the least likely outcome; even if the guy hasn’t been cheating, even if he communicates completely what he’s doing to his SO, the second a girl is involved, it’s over. Doesn’t matter how much evidence you have, doesn’t matter how many points you make, the control is entirely in the accuser’s favour…and honestly that’s really depressing.
