AQQA Aquarium Gravel Cleaner, 6-in-1 Electric Fish Tanks Gravel Vacuum Cleaner Set for Remove Dirt, Change Water, Wash Sand, Water Shower, Water Circulation (20W, 320GPH)
I was totally clueless trying to follow the instruction leaflet - thank you so much for making this video! It helped a lot, and the cleaner is working great.
Exactly why I made the video, good product, bad directions...
This is brilliant, thank you! Just got mine and you saved the day 😅
Glad I could help! Thank you for watching and commenting 😀

the fine sediment just comes out through the filter bag and straight back into the water when use mine
Again, great for maintenance, but no substitute for water changes...
@@GarageMahalLife is it normal for sediment to be released through the bag though? i want to be able to clean the gravel properly then do a water change. I can already do water changes as i have a big siphon tube which does that job far better in my 55 gal tank
nah this thing is garbage and I'm returning for a refund. It doesnt have enough suction for cleaning the gravel properly imo. The only thing its ok for is water changes but my big siphon will do that in half the time.. it also actually cleans the gravel whilst you're at it. This thing just picks up the really fine sediment and chucks it straight back into the tank cos the bag wont filter it. The larger particles wont go through the filter in the nozzle and just drop back soon as the power goes off.
Thank you

Great tutorial!! Thank you!
Thank you
Just fyi I have the same one and I watched the manufacturer video. You’re supposed to unscrew the shower head before you put the bag on it and take out the sponge filter. The shower head is meant to use with the alien saucer intake cover with the suction cups on it to use as like a filter rain effect thing.
Thank you
Where did you see the manufacturer video I can't find one
What’s the alien saucer intake cover?
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂@@ml.9417
Can you have the little bag on instead of emptying the water into the bucket while gravel cleaning. Me personally I like to do a water change after I have cleaned the gravel instead of the water lowering while I clean.
You can, it is pretty versatile
@@GarageMahalLife Brilliant! Great demonstration as well.
That was my exact question 😇
I just got one today but was curious because I haven’t used it yet. Would this be considered more safer than a non-electrical pump because I was thinking what if something cracked in the inside such as heaters can do would it send out electrical currents into the water slowly shocking fish, or maybe I’m just overthinking it
Definitely over thinking it 😉
@@GarageMahalLife lol ok when I get off of work, I’m going to look at your video again on how to hook it up along with these instructions and see how things go and I will let you know My thoughts on product but from your video, everything seems easy and good working
gracias amigo. saludos desde colombia
Of course. Be safe 😀
Thank you, Brian

Hi there, i have tiny babies in my tank, ive covered the filter pump with some stocking material to stop them sticking to it. The otoblem is their food is sticking to it. Will this suck up the food off the ornaments also, without sucking the babies? Mostly to get it off the pump. Thanks so much. Appreciate this video. Tracy uk x
With babies it is difficult as they are unpredictable in their swim habits, but I'd put a plant on the otheside of the tank that you are vacuuming sp they can shelter there and hopefully they stay by and or in the plant until you are done.
There are more than 1 version of this, mine was $5. more. It has a hard tube filter that goes where your bag is. I also have a bag, but cant figure where it goes too., it was shoved into the long clear vac. Thanks
My model is AQ038 clearly different, but works great
Glad it helped.
Hey I had a question so it sucks the poop in but how do I take the poop out of the vaccum or do I not need to
Comes apart easy to rinse out in a sink
Hello, what do we do with the water in the bucket?
I use it to water the house plants, water foe the garden. The water is a super nutrient plant food! Or just dump the bucket down the toilet...
@@GarageMahalLife okay so we did the water change yesterday and now trying to clean the tank with the vaccum. We thought if the vaccum would suck up the dirt and we won't have to worry about the water waste
