What a better place to be but in nature on the day of his Resurrection. Those few days caused lots of snow across the country. We were lucky enough to have it warm to 35 and got rain. Would love to go to The Cove, I've never been! Beautiful, thanks for sharing! I have been to Bridal Veil Falls and didn't realize you can hike up to the top and sit by the waterfall. Is there clear directions on how to get to a hiking trail for that? We will be in the area in June.

I listened as I often do, while I’m making food for breakfast and packing my lunch or doing some light housekeeping. Then I realized I want to see this pretty place so I am replaying it while having my breakfast. I’m glad you got to go to such a lovely place for a little datecation. You, Amy, have made an early riser of me. It’s just 5 am and food is made for the day already! Pretty hiking trails. I’m in the Pacific Northwest so hiking here means pretty much mountain climbing 😂 and that is just a bit beyond my current level of fitness. I do flat walks and slowly slowly I will get fitter!
