What is the lowest your 3 can be to still make them?

I wouldn’t go any lower than a 40 personally. i’ve tested pretty much every low rating, and while it is possible to hit with a rating lower than a 40 it’s not consistent. but just to be safe, i would still try to push for like a 50-60 3pr.
