We wanted to explore the Asia side of the city and while looking up for ideas on where to go, I stumbled upon your video and we blindly followed the same sequence as you did, with just a bit of additions here & there. Have to say that it was my favourite day of the entire trip. Really want to thank you for making and posting this amazing video! ❤

Istanbul is great. I have stayed in Sirkeci close to the Topkapi Palace and also near Taksim ( some hotels are close to the restaurants and bars so it may be extremely noisy) Had an interesting experience in one hotel ( not to be named ) where the guy taking me to my room exposed himself in front of me when I was in the shower ( forgot to lock the door when he left so he returned haha ) I was not offended and thought it rather funny. Next morning he served me breakfast as if nothing happened. The Topkapi Palace is a must and I also took a boat to the Prince Islands. The food in Istanbul is great and the people friendly
Falafel and Hummus are Arabic dishes. They're not very common in Turkey except in southern provinces such as Hatay (where Turkish people of Arabic origin are generally settled). I had my first ever hummus in the States and my first falafel in the UK.
Hi, we had planned a day in moda, but just when we got to the Eminonu ferry booth a huge storm hit Istanbul, we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, then we ran away to the hotel to get dry. We didn't get to go to Kadikoy this time, we'll have to wait for our next trip to Istanbul.
I love Turkey, and been to Istanbul a couple of times. What i don't like is that folks try to scam you in restaurants and especially the taxis. If you say something they get pissed off. This won't keep me from going but I hate this. This doesn't just happen in Turkey of course, it's just that this video is about Turkey. I hate when local people want to take advantage of tourists when one is spending money in their economy. It's like shooting your own foot.
