This video is a brief overview of our programs in Malawi, Africa!
Welcome to Kasese, Malawi. We are Orant Charities Africa, and Kasese is our home.
Our priorities begin with health. Our Healthcare team provides primary care to our rural community. We treat over 70,000 people a year at our clinics and deliver hundreds of babies at our maternity ward.
It is hard to live a healthy life without clean water. Our Water and Sanitation Program drills wells, builds piped water infrastructure, and constructs latrines.
Farming is the backbone of Malawi. Our Agriculture program works with local farmers to develop their farming and business skills.
Orant is preparing Malawi’s leaders of tomorrow. We have sent almost 300 girls to secondary school and university through our scholarship program.
We invest in Malawi. Our Business Program works with local entrepreneurs to develop business skills and access microloans.
We are local, sustainable, and holistic…. We are Orant Charities Africa.
Orant Charities Africa began in 2015 in the village of Kasese, Malawi. Since then, we have grown to where we are today, treating over 70,000 people a year in our clinics, sending hundreds of children to school, empowering farmers, drilling and repairing water wells, empowering local businesses, and investing in green energy and the environment!
