Delicious Creamy Chicken & Spinach Pie

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 scallion
1/4 onion
1 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp chicken bullion
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chicken stock
4 oz cream cheese
Spinach
13 Oz puff pastry
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
Bake 375F for 20-30 minutes
