Unless this form is the same as DHIL > Dan Hend, technically the same but released as part of the Main Story there thus technically part of that faction... then it might not be march...

There were leaks about march 7th's new form appearing in 2.4 (not necessarily being playable in that update, kinda like dan heng IL, he became playable the update after he was first (re)introduced) But then again, leaks aren't exactly reliable so we'll just have to wait and see..

lmao robin is really the only true penaconian bc misha is from another planet and at that age hasnt come to penacony yet, and gallagher is a fictional amalgamation of real penacony people so he isnt truly a penacony character
Its suspected that Screwllum was supposed to release in Dr Ratio's place, but they switched them out. There was a leaked Screwllum kit way back when thats very similar to current Ratio. I think there was even like a second of gameplay for his overworld basic attack. That, and Screwllum appeared in early marketing alongside other characters that appeared around then. And also he appeared multiple times in the story. It would make a lot of sense. BUT if they're gearing up to make an erudition planet and a robot uprising story and Screwllum becomes a major character with a crazy kit, I'm totally fine with that delay
@@marcie557 His first iteration of a leaked kit was really interesting though, he would launch a follow up attack for every follow up attack that your team made, and then tally up those attacks, and then I think it was his skill that would launch an AOE bouncing missile that would bounce between enemies for every one of his tallied follow up attacks Eventually it was updated to a new, simpler version of a follow up attacker kit, and everyone commenting was like "nO THE OLDER KIT WAS COOL". Little did anyone know that that updated kit wasnt actually meant to be Screwllum anymore, but L + Ratio himself
