If it's overdone, it's better to only happened while training instead of giving an overdone performance. From training to rehearsal scene, it seems like Hui made a few variation, but those who attend the live show have praise him & the team and said his version is closer to original. His snippet in the teaser also sounds good too
Don’t get misunderstood, I really like Hui, it’s just that sometimes, it’s better to stick close to what was done originally as to convey the right message and for it to be harmonized with the rest of the song. I just think that sometimes he’s doing a bit too much maybe as to show he still has capacities, idk. But that’s just my opinion and there’s nothing mean or directed towards him, I’m just saying how I feel

If both Hui and Jay debut that’s already 2 main vocalists. Hui has amazing control, technique and knows his limits. Jay has a very broad range, great control and hits notes flawlessly.

I know the voting is largely based on popularity so I don’t have high hopes for G group, but FR, they killed it. Jay’s perfect vocals ate up that performance and Haruto’s rapping is top tier. Even Wumuti nailed it as a center. I just really hope as the competition progress they’d be given more chance to get a top spot. Nonetheless, both groups did amazing.
