How to Make Apple Pie? 25-Year-Old Full-Measure Legend Pie Recipe

I'm sharing my mom's 25-year-old apple pie recipe with you! A great dessert with a delicious dough, a nice apple mortar and powdered sugar sprinkled on it. It will add flavor to your every hour with the perfect balance of dough and inner paste distributed in the mouth.
Materials:
For the dough:
• 1 pack of margarine
• 4 cups flour
• 1 egg
• 1 packet of vanilla
• 1 package baking powder
• Half a cup of sugar (you can add another quarter cup if desired)
For the filling:
• 4-5 medium-sized apples
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
Optional nuts, walnuts, raisins
For the above:
Powdered sugar
Its making:
First of all, peel the apples and divide them into four and clean their insides. Grate the cleaned apples and put them in the pan. Add 1 cup of sugar to it and start cooking. When the sugar dissolves and the apples begin to drain, add the cinnamon. Optionally, mix by adding nuts, walnuts or raisins and leave the mortar to cool.
Put the melted margarine in a kneading bowl for the dough. Mix by adding baking powder, vanilla and sugar to it. Sift three cups of flour into the mixture and start kneading. Add the remaining cup of flour little by little to get a paste-like dough that does not stick to the hand.
Divide the dough into two equal parts. Place a piece into the tart mold by opening it with the help of greaseproof paper and a rolling pin. If cracks appear in the dough, fix them with your hand, this will not be a problem. Spread the apple mortar you have prepared on the base. Cut the remaining dough into thin strips and place them on it in the form of a wicker. Make it smooth by equalizing the excess at the edges.
(if you want, you can also prepare the upper part by keeping it in the freezer when you cut it in half, removing it when it's time and grating on it.)
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, until the top turns pink. After the pie comes out of the oven has cooled completely, sprinkle powdered sugar on it. You can serve it by slicing as you wish. I preferred to cut it into triangular slices.
