    Sometimes you realize all is not well and you have to do something but the fact is you just can’t help it.

      That’s really true..
      Depression can be really tough and that’s where extra help & support from one’s support system plays a huge role because like you said, you just can’t help it but feel depressed.

    To fight depression you need to do quite opposite to how you feel - very true with me. Buh I find it difficult to break it.

      Yeah.. it can very difficult, Ofosuware.
      That’s why instead of doing multiple things, you can take a step by step approach.
      Celebrate whatever you’re able to do just in a given day. 10:33

    Insightful! One can also come up with to -do-lists and paste them on fridges, monitors or visible places so that it helps in executing some necessary tasks. Getting through the to-do-list on a daily basis also creates a sense of fulfillment and elevates moods. So try creating a routine or habit out of the activities so that during depressive times,at least some tasks may be fulfilled
