I used to work with licensing authority in middle east and Canadians were allowed to exchange their license except those issued in Quebec Province.. Now I know why.. I feel sad for them now. 😢😢😢
It would not be good proposal at this juncture as the setback in our relation may be temporary till Mr.Tr’ do is in power .We will not be able to reset the stance if the situation improves.Better to wait & watch -hope for better .But in future if things do not improve & worsens we may go for this decision.

I knew about this story 🤔 I remember few years ago when a khalistani incident happened in Canada and in India a large protest was occurred at that time some of our news channels was discussing about this Quebec Referendum.
India should get its hands around Quebec independence movement as a leverage but Quebec independence may not be in the long term interest of India. Why make permanent enemies with non-Quebec Canadians for the immaturity of Trudeaus or liberals. India should go deeper into Canadian politics and move the grassroots more towards conservative principles & Conservative Party. Canada has gone too woke these days and a correction is due.
Good point, but if Canada allowing voting, then I don't think they need our support. And we also not know what is the stand of lower canada and their people for Anti India activities?? It may also be possible that if they got separate country, they also support anti-india movements. So point is valid, but no need to hurry.
Canada has already conducted referendum on Quebec 's independence twice to but it failed because there are more people who want Quebec to be remained a part of Canada than who want a separate nation. Nevertheless, Quebec has already many rights and powers to make law for it's territory without having any interference from the Canadian central government. Sir but referendum works under the same idea as elections. If just because the fight was close, the referendum results are being challenged by you, why can't elections results be challenged as well? Majority wins is how democracy works.
