Whats your opinion about Hayyan by Alef, Reportage Village and Reportage Verdana. They seem to be very affordable with good payment plans. Is there something I am missing or need to know about. Please make a video on these projects and give your valuable insights
Thank you so much for your comment. I’ll be making the reportage video very soon. I’m not familiar with the idea of Hayyan by Alef because I haven’t worked in Sharjah yet. The engagement in Dubai keeps me from shifting focus to Sharjah :)

Currently in Dubai, the rental yield is around 6 to 9 percent. If we talk about Nshama, 7 to 8 percent annually. Central Park facing buildings has own demand. You can add 1% more for these buildings
