It is definitely pumpkin season at Trader Joe’s! I made quite a great haul this morning and picked up a ton of seasonal foods that I cannot wait to try! Some old favorites in there as well! What flavour kringle? I have a favourite recipe for pumpkin tortellini (not pumpkin spice!) with a sundried tomato pesto & steamed asparagus cut into 2-3cm lengths and topped with grated pecorino romano or parmigiano reggiano! And coat Trader Joe's fingerling potatoes with EVOO and that Herbes de Provence spice blend and then roast. Delicious!
