Yeah u can use.. once you select float..it will remain constant for upcoming subsequent rounds untill and unless u change

If you are interested u can participate in special round.. better withdraw from counselling if you are not interested

U can continue with float untill special round 2 ..if you are looking for better choice. Once you kept float remains constant untill u change

You have only freeze option..if you get iit then you can withdraw from counselling within scheduled time.

22 is for registration unlocking that means new candidate registration last date..24 is for online payment of application fee for normal rounds.
