This is such a good idea and actually goes along with another point in the book called Habit Stacking! “When I do _______, I will also do _________.” It gets you to associate one task with another and makes the habit become second nature! ❤
YES it really is! I had to learn that willpower alone wasn’t cutting it for me and I had to put some new systems in place to stick to my cleaning habits 🧽🧹🫧
