Instant Rave Dose / Instant Crispy Rava Dosa / Hotel Style Crispy Rava Dose Recipe in Kannada.
Rava dosa is famous South Indian breakfast recipe prepared by using rava,rice flour and maida.This recipe is very esiest to prepare at home. No overnight fermentation is required and instantly can be prepared in just 15 minuites.This can be served with coconut chutney,red chutney and sambar.
Ingredients for making Instant Rava Dosa:
Rava 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Maida 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - few
Ginger 1/2 inch
Green Chilli 2
Onion 1 medium sized
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Oil
Water 2 & 1/2 cup
