Hi, nice video and thanks for the info. I have a ticket with Saudia including E-visa because there's a long stopover for about 13 Hours in RUH terminal 4. My flight will be in 2 weeks. Are there any lounge or smoking area in terminal 4 or I need to walk out to the other terminals?
I believe there is a smoking area inside the terminal. You do not have to get out of the airport. However, I suggest you take Uber or Taxi to the city center to explore the city especially the Kingdom Tower.

Please check your ticket. If it says self transfer, then most likely you will need a transit visa for your connecting flight from T3/T4 to T1/T2 at RUH. Based on my experience, you can walk from T3 to T4 and vice versa at RUH in the airside or visa-free area.
There is a lounge at T4. Also there is a spacious area where you can sit down and relax while waiting for your next flight. There are also food stations where you can get food and soft drinks. However, there is no airside/landside hotel at T4. The closest hotel is Riyadh Airport Marriott Hotel which is about 11 mins drive from T4.
