We completed the EPS bosses! Use multi hits to build AF fast and make sure have enough hp mitigate with harle. Good to see one of the old team (other than pizzica) in action wil!
I haven't reached this fight but I wanted to see the ending they gave for Sophie. After being left there for many update, I'm glad they gave her a nice ending.
My strategy going into this fight is pretty simple. Abuse multi hits outside zone as much as possible. I gain so much AF charge with Isuka ES, Daisy and the Flame Crush garsta, 1 turn is all I need to get a half bar
Finally a proper closure with Sophie. The moment Filene talked about her daughter I immediately guessed it was Sophie. For me, I cleared this with Shion, Flamme, Necoco(Healing prayer) and Harle(Flame crush grasta). Just relying on multihits to gain AF. Overall, one of the more interesting boss fights I've ever seen in a while
I know Zones can somewhat mitigate her magic damage and increase your damage, but going in zoneless with multihits was better for me. I really liked this miglance + pizzica team, its pretty unique.
I mean damage mitigation is probably your least of worries if you have Pizzica. Just put some sort of INT down and you'll be fine. Low Logos stack Sophie doesn't even hit that hard
@@curiosity2734 you can just ignore her conpletely(except for the mp drain) with AS Milsha. The fact that she can make anything below 1k into 0 is just funny and broken at the same time
Harle, Flamme, Miyu AS, Necoco Charges 50% AF in one turn (Harle carrying 5hit grasta) This ensures I can T1AF for Harle to wall Sophie damage, then get AF back for turn 3 to deal with statuses. Necoco can heal off statuses later, and AF every 3rd turn from there on.
I’ve beaten. Though it had took me back on JP over a few hours to figure out but for global it was fine since I had experience with this DPS Endurance Test Fight.
I swear thank goodness Global has JP info beforehand otherwise this fight would be a mess given JP's confusion when this fight first came out. I believe it took them well over 2 hours before the first documented clear was out
While I did need to optimize the damage of my team, this one was pretty fun. I went with a slash team - Claude ES for zone setting and general team support, Azami AS and Moonlight Flower for damage, and Iphi for debuffing and ailments. Iphi was also equipped with a Heat Cutter badge, not for damage but for AF generation. Akane and Saki were in the back for grasta support, though Saki's debuff ended up being important towards the end of the fight. Things started alright until I realized that Moonlight Flower's damage comes mostly from being in an awakened zone and I only had two of those with this team, so her damage fell off to the point where she couldn't break her enemy's skill gauge without AF. I decided to focus solely on Azami AS who was still hitting super hard and could defeat her enemy without AF, but Claude eventually was defeated. Saki comes in and she has a speed and int debuff skill, which is exactly what I need in this fight to keep my team alive. Yes, Claude ES has a stronger debuff and could have done the job if I didn't let him get KO'd, but I like the idea that most of my team contributed something rather than just hanging out in the backline.
What a fight i need to think before every move. Alter Premaya, Hismena AS, Yukino AS, Pizzica. After 7 good 1 bad stacks Garambarrel for Alter Premaya (she is useless now without lunatic) to take hp down stacks. After he get 10 stacks Silver Striker back. Meantime slowly finishing boss with Hismena AS watching to not overkill. Finally its over.
Thanks be to Iphi that i did beat her! Finally!!! I even beat the last boss rush and got all the rewards! Only thing left to do is harpoon fishing to unlock ishmaelithan!!! This is so exciting!
@@WilMakGamerDad warped Kelkale can be hit by null attacks so Colette is great for this. Someone pointed that out to me, and her judgement move is what got me to power through it. And thank you! Now i need to harpoon fish again 😭
My team was Flammelapis, Necoco, ES Isuka and Harle. Harle is so good because she can around 150% type resistance. Many people used Flame crush grasta on Harle but I just went with Magma burst Element to boost ES Isuka DPS. I didn't bother with offensive debuffs aside from Amuletum. I did rely on RNG for the pain/poison infliction so that was the only downside. Flammelapis could hold her own and she could burst down the crystal with her own self water buff and mental focus. T2 Proficiency debuff grasta was used on Isuka ES and Flammelapis.
@@NetBattler I would say Slash team, I have her at 80 light so I have an extra skill slot to help buff up her very high shade attack. She pairs really well with kid and Curio. I do have RCF but the only insane fire DPS to combo with him is Hozuki AS (still haven't upgraded her) and Hardy AS. Once I get Suzette ES then I'll pair her up with Hardy AS, together with maybe Necoco or someone. If I really need a fire tanker than I'll go with ES Isuka.
Hmmm do you have the proficiency debuff shared grasta as well? Makes a lot of difference in preventing Luring Shadow from debuffing your team. Also of course, I also started with really low MP on AS Miyu for max dps. Good luck!
Then there is me who can't survive turn 3 of that stupid robot on route 99. All f2p runs with best grasta can just barely clear the fker. For me it's just gg lol. I am just gonna wait for powercreep.

@@Lilliana1 I just looked and you can get the stun resistance badge in the Moonlight Forest as Varuo. I have 6 anti-dark elements (likely from getting every prismatic weapon and rainbow armor) I also seen another video by 7th Archangel where he was AF'd into oblivion with Eva in turn 1
I can’t for the life of me figure out how to make Miyu AS so strong I can’t figure out how to replicate the Grasta setup same with any of the F2P characters and Radias my Grasta setup seems to be trash

Few tips from me on this fight that i myself didnt know when i first saw the boss but learned as i continued fighting. Although there is confusion sleep and blind given by the enemy. U have to remember that taking damage will snap u out of confusion and sleep. And sophie first gives sleep status and then confusion status using a different attack. This second attack will snap u out of the sleep that was initially given to u. So the only status u need to actually care about is confusion and blind. So one way to deal with this is using a support that has a status clense skill and a confuse resist badge. And u will never face issues. Moving to more advanced tricks. Remember that sophie gives u an end of turn attack at every turn except for when she has 6 stacks where she heals instead. And that will snap u out of the confusion as well. The only thing u need to remove is blind. And blind u dont even need to care about if using magic comps. It took me a while to understand all the mechanics of this particular boss. I personally dont suggest using singing units like pizzica as there are 2 chances for her song to be interupted, this is especially deadly if ur relying on her to clear status of ur entire team. One unit i can recommend is rosetta og manifest who gives 3 stacks of status resist shields making u entirely immune to all statuses forever. Depends on which quest. If for main story, you can set difficulty in the Quest tab, and select the main story section you'd like to adjust. For Wryz Saga, there are exclamation marks in the various towns to adjust. For Apocrypha, each pillar of light directly below the Maze entrance can select. For Symphonies, when you select it it should give you the option to choose. Hope this helps.
It helps a lot otherwise your DPS might not be enough outside AF. The Luring Shadow does dual debuffs on your team. Of course depends on your team etc.

I know this is 9 months later so sorry about that, but this is really hard to follow as you aren't narrating what skills you are using with whom. I'm constantly pausing and rewinding. So it's more of a demonstration than a guide. I recommend going over which character is doing which action and to which target and why.

ES isuka is broken for the fire team....she definitely more better if you have alter Dewey

It's enough most of the time but there is a bit of RNG.
Exact same team with exact same grasta and exact same rotation and strategy, and yet, I cannot do enough damage to the elemental things.

Your team has to have high SPD stats especially since the fight slows you down as it keeps going with those red orbs.

Just use AS clarte and buff your character psychical resistance. Also if you got stark make sure bring him

Yes with Pizzica there is RNG when she stops singing on the turns her song fades. Maybe I should have tried Harle with the Miglance team 😅
