This is gorgeous, its not as small as the other tiny houses, i live alone in one bedroom and the tiny homes looked like i couldnt fit my things in it, and i doubt my apartments bigger, this doesnt seem tiny at all id b veeery happy thete!!

Folks, what are now called " Tiny houses" were in 1940's and 1950's "Starter Homes". I live in a 1943 20x20 ( 400sqft) next door, 15x15, full basement and attic. The idea was, buy 2 bed, as family grew, Additions would be built as needed. My 1940's neighborhood had Patchwork houses all over the place. In the case of Lansing, MI, For years the city would not issue building permit for house less than.1000 SqFt. sooo big chunks of Lansing are bare lots where 1940's Starters where knocked down.

NO closets or medicine cabinets; where do the towels and toiletries go? The small bedroom could serve better with a sleep sofa, again no storage space in any room other than the wardrobe in the master bedroom. Poor design...
