I think the bigger difference he can make now until his next show is posing. Hes relaxed in the legs a lot of the time despite being one of the few guys who has striations all over his legs. He relaxes a bit too much on side poses too, we know he's conditioned enough but hes not focused on flexing to show the details
One of the best body's out there. I like the flow and aesthetics of this guy

He improved everywhere . But mostly his lower body quads, flutes and hams are not top tier. Upper body his arms showioder and pecs look thicker and more dense . Came in like a sleeper and now everybody is talking about him

1:31 he truly did improve immensely. And with the great backdrop and lighting at Detroit. It's crazy. But his tan is seriously bad in Detroit.

His chest was better in 2022.
His back, hammies and delts are all improved.
His chest doubled in size lol. He just balanced out his physique in comparison (lats, arms, shoulders, legs) instead of being just chest dominant in the front shots

He’s sort of like a modern Porter Cattrell in that there’s nothing wrong with his physique, no real flaws at all, but doesn’t have anything that makes you say wow.
Do u think he's putting oil in those biceps? I question the samething with Derek. Both of their biceps look swollen and undefined. Apposed to like a Nick walker. I can really see it in Martin's left bicep at the Detroit pro. It kind of looks like a water balloon no disrespect.
I wonder who is not using oil in delts and arms, and who knows where else, in the open division nowadays.
@@benzina7 Krizo and Quinton's look 100% legit to me, 90s look 2.0.
@@gameurai5701 maybe Rubiel is the only one in open that has not filled himself with oil, for now.
His delts and arms look proportioned to the rest of his body as it was in the 90s or before infact.
Quinton could possibly be another one, while Krizo is very very supicious......
@@benzina7 krizo is 100% genetics, you cannot inject deep striation, it is pure meat.I dont think he even takes GH, look how tiny his head and hands are lol, with perfect skin. Quintons joints are woman sized yet he has so much mass and height. That said, you are right about Rubiel, he looks legit. Those 3 have the best genetics in open to me.
@@gameurai5701 about Krizo you are right for the striations on the shoulders but the arms seem to have very little details and while he poses you cannot really see the fibers contracting and the muscles change their shape so much. Quinton looks like a superhero and so does Rubiel, but of a different kind.
For sure oil is the worst shit in bodybuilding nowadays.
