I just realized, both Shaggy's and Matt's weaknesses are improved with this mod. Shaggy was prone to mashing so he has instakill and people were safe to miss some of Matt's notes because he had so many at a short time so caution sign notes were put to remove that safety.

I know the description says they are but i presesnt a different explanation. They came from the Homebrew Channel so they're most likely unfinished/broken files (in context of the mod), which would explain Matt's strange movements and the yellow arms which i think represents what hand you're holding the Wiimote in. It would also explain why the song is so damn hard
i would say it might be a reference to those old wii corruption videos where the miis spaz out and stuff like that
