RideThe6 Rebuild Series - FZ6R - Episode 10. How to install block off plates on a FZ6R. Gets rid of 95% of popping on decel with aftermarket exhaust. After crashing my bike I decided to do a rebuild series. I'm using some new video editing software to improve quality, effects and all that jazz.

These block off plates are amazing. All that crazy popping on decel is gone. And Robert's plates are amazing quality.. I don't know how to do what he did to make them.

Great video 6, I learn a lot on your DIY vids bro 😀 ,anyhow do u know if your hindle w/ k&n map would work for two brothers w/ k&n? PCV don’t have a pre map for two brothers with after market air filters.

Did you have to re tighten the clamps on the airbox to the throttle bodies?

No I just slide them back over.

What tune do you use for block off plates, full exhaust system, and kn air filter?
