This is the perfect smartphone ever. I always wanted 5000 mah battery, and an amoled display. But most importantly i needed 2 sim and microsd card support and xiaomi has done great job of it by providing it.
iPhone 13 comes with separate screen, battery, camera lens, battery, ram, storage, apple logo for just $999 and the empty phone cost cheaply on for $1999
I always thought it was kind of weird, how UA-cam just decided shamelessly one day, that they were going to make it a thing, to use the capability to play audio on your own phone with the screen off, as a selling point for their premium service. After it was left alone as a simple fact of life/feature on devices for years! Just like the screen can turn off when youre listening to music. I’m not against them having premium and leaving some perks for it. But this kind of thing is just so integrated with the basic function of a device, it comes across as rude and ridiculously overbearing, to decide overnight they want to try to control it. You know that’s the case because a handful of manufacturers end up accidentally (or purposefully, who knows) make their devices circumvent that limitation. How any other selling points of a premium service can be so easily and accidentally nullified? And let’s take a step back for a minute... now consider, what does Google expect us to do if we want to listen to UA-cam without watching it, and we refuse to pay for premium? They expect us to listen to it with the screen on, in our pockets. Not only dealing with the inconvenience of doing that, and potentially feeling frustrated and developing resentment for Google for this pettiness. But also, leaving the screen on implies a waste of a LOT of energy that could have been conserved otherwise. Millions of phones needlessly running screens for extended periods of time. Sounds kind of hypocritical, for Google, a so-called “green”, forward-thinking company. How much pollution has occurred as a result of those combined phone screen-on hours, since the introduction of this as a part of premium? How much plant and animal life? How much HUMAN life has been harmed or destroyed as an indirect result of the decision to be this petty and wasteful? Sorry for the rant. It just strikes me as a kind of topic that should get a lot more attention than it does currently.

It will have a better SoC (750g), 5g, better secondary & selfie, cams. It will not be an enormous difference, but still a difference which will cause a higher price. Even then obviously it won't have the same price ratio as Xiaomi, but for people who care about the mentioned stuff it will still be good value. But yeah the vanilla model of the A52 will probably be a worse deal than the Note 10 Pro

And you are free to use them if you don't like MIUI. I always buy Xiaomi because of the great price/performance reason and use Custom-ROMs because I don't like the look of MIUI.
I've been biting my lip, turned away from expensive phone and always chose redmi notes lately. As a mobile 3D developer, hats off. They are perfect for me at least, they even support augmented reality and they are very nippy. Unreal Engine apps work like a charm even when I really don't have time to optimize them. So then again... why buy something more expensive?

If you are like me, and your perfect phone has big battery 5000-7000mah, 6.4-6.8´ OLED (90-144HZ optional), 3.5mm jack and stereo speakers for good movie/youtube watching, then this is it. I couldnt find anything like this phone under 500$. Yes, amyn even cheap phones have an oled screen, or 90+HZ or big battery, but not many have it all. The poco m3 and x3 are nice, but IPS sadly. The M31S and M51 are OLED and have huge batteries, but lack stereo speakers. Likes of Oneplus 8T are super expensive. Their new N100 and N10 5G are nice but...IPS, cheap feeling, small batteries. This new Redmi note 10 line even has a 3.5 jack, so I can take out my old earphones again. March and April, gonna buy immediately.

A friend has a Samsung s20. Love its display, but the battery is just so bad. It's like you always get only 3 of 4 most important features.. Unless you can pull out a 1000$ like those idiots who do buy iPhones... If I should decide on 2 most important features a phone has in 2020sy its the screen and battery life. If the screen sucks, it's pointless to have other things. I'd take oled over 90hz ips every day if the week + a 5000-7000 battery over a flagship cpu like sd888 also. If I want to game heavy stuff I have gaming pc. And any phone can handle chess or stacks or other easy games. Screen + battery is must, then sound features and lastly design

Redmi note series always brings up killer devices in budget segment that's why they're so popular in india but if they would have bought one variant with 5G at least with Snapdragon 765g or 750G it would have been real killer devices otherwise these devices are awesome what they're giving in the price segment under 350 dollars.

Ordered one 2 days ago from Amazon. Arrived this afternoon. Turned on, set up and synced my Google account. Later phone told me there is a MIUI update. Updated it. Phone got stuck in Reboot. Black Redmi screen. Searched a few YT videos. Tried Reboot, Hard Reset, Fast Reboot. No luck. Called Amazon, after holding the phone in my hand a total of roughly 45 minutes, I am taking my money back. Not going near this phone. Fun fact: Amazon support agent directed me to a YT video to wipe data when I asked about my data in the device. Top notch support there!

Well, I still remember owning my first Xiaomi phone, Redmi Note 3G with mediatek. I could feel the heat when touching the screen when playing clash of clans at the time. Back then, not many people know Xiaomi, and people who know quite hesitate to buy their phone. Maybe I'd buy this one for the sake of my memory. Currently using Mi 9T Pro and iPhone Xs Max.

A question that would be really interesting to do a video on is how big the difference really is (and in what areas) between the user experience of the best budget phones (like this one) and the premium flagships. Where are the comprimises, and what do the budgets do as well or nearly as well as the flagships....
Same, but it's a very very minor drawback. You can still just as easily and fastly pick up the device from your pocket if the up is up. Just use your index & middlefinger to grab it and then turn your palm downwards to place the bottom of the phone there. Problem solved.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro 6/128 is about same price as the Poco X3 6/128. The Redmi looks better to me, and of course the 120Hz sAMOLED display.

I have been using xiaomi redmi note 9 pro for almost one year & honestly it's a crazy phone📱😄. So if u want to buy a good phone in low price then go for xiaomi redmi note 10 pro blindly if not u care 😒 much of 5G 😆
Ordered one 2 days ago from Amazon.
Arrived this afternoon.
Turned on, set up and synced my Google account.
Later phone told me there is a MIUI update.
Updated it.
Phone got stuck in Reboot. Black Redmi screen. Searched a few YT videos.
Tried Reboot, Hard Reset, Fast Reboot. No luck.
Called Amazon, after holding the phone in my hand a total of roughly 45 minutes, I am taking my money back. Not going near this phone.
Fun fact: Amazon support agent directed me to a YT video to wipe data when I asked about my data in the device. Top notch support there!

It's really great. I rushed up and bought Poco X3 NFC, and I regret it, and I want to sell it and buy the Redmi Note 10 Pro, really, it's a great phone.❤😒

The processer kills it for my 💰🤑. The 732G? Other than that many premium features! The jack is back? But if it's reasonably priced not too shabby!
SD732G is still an upgrade over the 720G in last year's Note 9 Pro. If top performance is your priority, there is always the K40/Poco F3.

Well, I still remember owning my first Xiaomi phone, Redmi Note 3G with mediatek. I could feel the heat when touching the screen when playing clash of clans at the time. Back then, not many people know Xiaomi, and people who know quite hesitate to buy their phone. Maybe I'd buy this one for the sake of my memory. Currently using Mi 9T Pro and iPhone Xs Max.

A question that would be really interesting to do a video on is how big the difference really is (and in what areas) between the user experience of the best budget phones (like this one) and the premium flagships. Where are the comprimises, and what do the budgets do as well or nearly as well as the flagships....

No, top is better, it doesn't prick while lying down and watching videos in portrait mode. .
Same, but it's a very very minor drawback. You can still just as easily and fastly pick up the device from your pocket if the up is up. Just use your index & middlefinger to grab it and then turn your palm downwards to place the bottom of the phone there. Problem solved.
