getting grey hair at the age of 7 is not natural , you should consult doctor as it might be an indication of underlying disease . Or it might just be because of genetics but either way , you should consult a doctor .

Do not worry.. it will go away gradually with time and proper care... follow these remedies .. take good care and you will see your split ends reducing .. also you can take a parlour session but ask them to only trim split ends and above where they see... it will also help :)

Not all people's scalp reacts well with Henna. When I was younger I didn't have this issue but the moment I turned 41 I don't know what went wrong but every henna packet I use seems to give me haives n the scalp itches so much that i get all haives over my forehead for which I then have to take a tablet to stop that. Last time this itching was till 3 days for which I took a tablet daily n then it stopped. Before I used to just love enjoying putting henna on my hair but now I get terrified even when i think abt it .. Becoz when the scalp itches n even the forehead it drives a person so crazy.
