Paya is such a common dish in Pakistan even we eat this in our breakfast especially on Sunday.
So paya is actually a dish with lots of oil and bones with fat without any kinda meat there's a bone which is called nalli with lots of flavor inside it and it's so soupy dish so the way of eating paya is : take hot soupy paya into plate break the khamiri roti into small parts then dip all the roti in paya then mixed with your hands and take a bite with fat called charbi

Mutton Paya is a stew like, rich, spicy, runny curry/soup that's cooked with goat trotters or lamb trotters with a special blend of spices. Goat Paya is best enjoyed with piping hot white rice, Naan or Chapati, u can have it with roomali roti as per my suggestion. And is a flavoursome stew-like dish which is eaten for breakfast in Pakistan. it's always packed with flavors and juices like it's made out of bones so it has much oil in it instead of other curries or soups because it's rich in collagen.
Basically mutton paya (traditionally called siri paya) is a healthiest soup, u can called it curry too because they add some curry spices etc to it, so that it tastes like soup and curry both, It is sticky because it is full of natural gelatin. In fact, it can serve as a good remedy for people with complaints of joint pains. also great for colds, coughs and really good for asthma patients. this is not the correct way of making mutton paya that u are having in this video i mean i know scam hoa hy apke sath. however, do research before trying any country's food..😊

I am from Pakistan. I Felt good that you made a video on Pakistani food. Would like to tell you some points..
We eat halwa puri + cholay ka salan + aloo bhujiya in breakfast.
The kabab u were eating is called shaami kabab.
And haleem has another name or we can say that it's actual name which is "daleem" and it has a story behind the recipe. In pakistan its not eaten with that bakarkhaani. Its eaten with tandoor naan and topped with fried onion, ginger, mint leaves, corriander , and few drops of lemon. Chaat masala is optional.
Paya is something which I don't like. Because its just bones and the curry has no such flavour except the oil and the aroma of bones. Ehhhhh.
Must try khausa next time. It's yum. ❤

Secondly there is a huge huge difference between chapli and shami kabab... Shami is soft and mushy and made out of lentils while chapli is pure minced beef deep fried in tallow with a very different spice mix and they are not mushy or soft comparatively.

In Pakistan 🇵🇰, more precisely Punjab, word 'Choley' is also used casually but the often used word here is 'Channay' or 'Murgh Channay' (w Chicken). Paratha-Channay are eaten when homemade but at restaurants or foodpoints, the most common thing is Naan-Channay. We have a large variety of Naan/Kulcha/Peshawari Roti/Khameeri Roti varying place to place. Similar to Delhi's Choley-Bhature, we mostly eat Puuri (our term for Bhatura but technically different in dough ingredients) with Channay/Choley but ironically we call it Halwa-Puuri althought Halwa is served as a side dish with it and Channay is the main dish 😅
