I’ve been trying to get my Doctor to prescribe a medication that I have used in the past. However she has tried me on everything but. None of it works. I went to different Doctors today, she obliged. As I lay my head down to sleep your video was the first one I saw. I already had the feeling that I would sleep tonight, I haven’t even had to take the pill. I don’t need it. Look into gods medicine magnesium and chamomile tea help me and prayer and I have terrible anxiety and can’t sleep a lot of nights either. Get your blood checked if you can and make sure you’re not vitamin deficient.
I am definitely living in spiritual warfare. Ever since almost dying in 2021. It seems like the closer I get to God the worst things are getting for me. If I gave you a list of the things that have been happening to me, know one would believe it. My family is in disbelief that so much can happen to one person over a life time. Giving up is not an option.

You are the first I have seen that mentioned lots of sugar. It's for real that wrong path is laiden with lots of sugar. Last week I started the Daniel Fast . Before the fast everything I ate had sugar in it. I often ate cake or pie and coffee for supper. On the Daniel Fast it's just fruit , vegetables and water. By day 3 of the fast my brain fog was completely gone. I quickly got in tune with the vibes of people around me and I can instantly discern their intentions. The best part is I can feel the Holy Spirit within me again. People have to know sugar is in reality a very very very bad drug that keeps a Child of God NUMB to everything. Worst attack i ever had was at sleep time. Absolutely horrible. For 2 months at least. I was the lead prayer person at our bible class and i had to fight everynight . felt like they wanted to snatch me out of my body so i couldnt go to sleep. They'd wake me up if i did. The best thing I ever did in my walk was to shut the world out for a month. I didn't watch or listen to the news. I stayed clear of social media. I spent time alone in the wilderness seeking God , praying and focusing on studying the word. I gained so much from this experience. Now I find myself sucked back into wasting time watching UA-cam videos that distract me. I know that I must cleanse myself again and regain my strength. Satan is extremely clever with his distractions. You have to fight back. Pray without ceasing and endure with patients. Focus on the end goal. We are not of this world and should not conform to it.

I went back to sleep around 3:00 a.m. this morning and as I was laying down I felt things around me so I rebooted it in the name of Jesus and I fell asleep and I woke up out of a dream saying in Jesus name go away I rebuke you in Jesus name so I was saying this in my dream and I was being attacked spiritually left and right for my soon-to-be ex-husband. It was so fast it was so hard to keep up I mean he was trying to do this and trying to do that and to bring me down and I kept rebuking in my dream and here comes your video this morning anthony. I could not do it alone without you father God and I am so grateful to you so grateful that you're real and that you're here and that the things that you say in your Bible is 1,000 percent correct. yes my sleep has been disturbed lately. After i came out to my cousin about my brothers narcissistic tendencies of being violent, cursing and swearing at my parents, breaking things when he is angry. I got shunned by my dad even when my brother was corrected. However, my brother is just acting. He still makes a lot of noise at night and disrespects people. My parents have really failed to take accountability in this situation. I have not slept well since. Also im going to get baptized soon. My whole family is catholic i can imagine all hell breaking loose but i have to obey GOD

I've had a lot of hurt and rejection from my family complete with the classic fairy tale wicked stepmother, a super harsh and emotionally abusive father and unsupportive siblings. The only person who ever stood by me was my real Mom who sadly passed away in an accident that left me traumatized and heartbroken. Have had horrible insomnia, nightmares and night terrors my entire life where I was being attacked by venomous snakes or threatening humans and barely able to sleep entire nights! That coupled with the exhaustion and constant attacks with unjust accusations and lack of support both at home and at work led me to the brink of suicide.😢 Ironically it's only in the last 4 years after I converted to Catholicism and learned to pray the ROSARY that I found out that those things that had terrorized me my whole life long, could actually be successfully confronted and even surmounted! Everything I have suffered with from depression and anxiety, to physical lethargy and mental exhaustion and even the fear of the dark and inability to get rest at night seems to back down before Rosary Prayer.👊 I've had to take an antipsychotic med for years just to get a bit of rest and even then it was woefully inadequate and the side effects were awful. But after I picked up praying the full 4 Rosary mysteries daily I've been able to titrate my dosage down from 200mg (I originally started at 450mg) to where I now use less than 25 mg if even that! ROSARY Prayer brought a stability and a sense of confidence and security I have *never* had my whole life long, except for the short seasons where I was allowed to be with my beloved Mom. But even then I'd be filled with sorrow and apprehension knowing it was only a matter of time before my father came for me to drag me back to wicked stepmother land😭 I came to JESUS through the Baptist Church and I'm so grateful for my years there where I learned to love The Bible and read it for myself, but I have to say it is only after I entered the Catholic Church and specifically started praying the full 4 Rosaries daily that I've seen this dramatic change for the better in my spiritual, mental and physical life. 💙💙💙 I still have struggles and challenges daily and ongoing but I have to say this is the *best* I have ever felt in life and the deepest, most fulfilling season of my Christian walk where I feel loved and supported by in the Kingdom of my LORD and GOD JESUS better than I ever did before.❤❤❤ I don't live in fear all the time anymore and I especially don't live in fear of the night because I know that I now have a weapon to "slay that Goliath" that used to terrorize me since childhood and I'll be able to get some decent rest at night with rare exceptions. May the LORD JESUS be our strength in all our trials and sufferings. 🙏✝️🙏❤️💛❤️
It hurts.. but it only makes my faith grow stronger. I was woken up to the matrix and the truth this may and have been struggling ever since but I will not give up. Everyone I know seems to be against me in spirit, my gf my family my coworkers, I can feel it now. It’s very lonely but I feel that it is the lords way of pulling me closer to him. It is a constant battle in my mind and heart. For all who are dealing with the same I will pray for you. I just want to be closer with god but this world is a constant distraction.

I never realized that my horrible sleep problem could be caused by this! I've only been sleeping approximately 4 hours a night since I was 35 and I'm now going to be 72 very soon. I honestly thought such little sleep would end me but I'm still here. Before this happened I used to sleep 8 to 10 hours a night without waking up even once! I truly love our Lord Jesus and always will❤❤
I feel your misery. I haven't slept for more than 2-3 hours at a time in years. Most nights it takes me at least an hour to fall asleep, then I wake up an hour later with a hot flash and need to urinate. and this goes on all night long. Usually awaken at least 4-6 times a night. I can't even take a nap during the day. I'll get extremely sleepy due to lack of good sleep at night, lay down on the sofa and almost fall out then it's as if I'm "zapped" awake 5 minutes later. Full body heat and discomfort while my brain is still extremely tired. I often wonder if I'm being targeted by some type of microwave weapon.

I am usually scoffed at when i talk about God and the signs all around us today, and that people need to wake up and seek God before its too late, when the book in heaven will be closed and names blotted out. I have been told time and again that I am talking negative stuff. So i am left friendless, even family members who wants to continue in sin have walked away. I have prayed and asked God if this is how the Christian path is lonely. The next morning when I woke up and opened my iPad, I saw these words spread across; “Jesus walked the lonesome valley; he had to walk it by himself;” so I opened it and realized it was a song I had never heard before; I listened to every last line; “ I must go and stand my trials I have to stand it by myself;” I wondered if this was an answer to my question from God.

A lot of that is because you haven’t been around the right people who actually accept, understand and fully respect you and they may not fully accept God either even if they say they do. they’re harder to find and you’re protecting yourself naturally. Ive never had sleep problems before but lately not even melatonin is keeping me asleep all night, waking between 3-5 almost every night now, always starts with dread, ends with peace after i pray!
I watched a few videos where people said God is waking people up at three to pray which might be why the dread comes first. They're fighting you because God woke you up to pray. Check out some of those interesting videos.

The enemy has separated me from my children and the local churches. He knows my weaknesses. Has tried to lure me away with women. I am now so uncomfortable with any sin. A very beautiful woman was stalking me trying to distract me away from my relationship with the Father and the Son. I realized the deception and prayed for protection from her. True humble faithful prayer is very powerful brethren. Talk to them every morning. Trust in their faithful love. It endures forever for those who truly love and obey them. Examine your faith. My prayers have evolved greatly over the past few years. Now I first talk with our king and mediator to God the father before praying to the father Yah. To move forward, you must really take the time to develop a relationship with the Son of God. He is the way and the life. He is the only way to the Father. If you don't know Yeshua his son, you will not be known by the Father Yah.
I currently work in a new workplace. And i recently started to lose weight and i was talkin with some new colleagues and they happened to talk about food and the asked me if i smoked or did drink, but i said no. Then this guy because i am a bit overweight he said: "do you eat?" I just laughed it off and immediately he walked away haha. But i know now who is who and i will keep my eye on that guy who tried to subtly get a dig at me. But i will have the last laugh, because i lost my weight before but let myself go a bit in a difficult time, but i know what it takes to get it done and this is what we do now. My identity lies within me and it is rooted in God, not what other men tell me or you. They don't know you, but you know them, very well!
I used to get nightmares all the time. I found if you pray for protection while you sleep in the name of Jesus Christ, you don't get nightmares any more, only dreams. I now sleep soundly and do not have evil dreams.👍🙏❤️🔥

I’ve been trying to get my Doctor to prescribe a medication that I have used in the past. However she has tried me on everything but. None of it works. I went to different Doctors today, she obliged. As I lay my head down to sleep your video was the first one I saw. I already had the feeling that I would sleep tonight, I haven’t even had to take the pill. I don’t need it. I am definitely living in spiritual warfare. Ever since almost dying in 2021. It seems like the closer I get to God the worst things are getting for me. You are the first I have seen that mentioned lots of sugar. It's for real that wrong path is laiden with lots of sugar. Last week I started the Daniel Fast . Before the fast everything I ate had sugar in it. I often ate cake or pie and coffee for supper. On the Daniel Fast it's just fruit , vegetables and water. By day 3 of the fast my brain fog was completely gone. I quickly got in tune with the vibes of people around me and I can instantly discern their intentions. The best part is I can feel the Holy Spirit within me again. People have to know sugar is in reality a very very very bad drug that keeps a Child of God NUMB to everything. The best thing I ever did in my walk was to shut the world out for a month. I didn't watch or listen to the news. I stayed clear of social media. I spent time alone in the wilderness seeking God , praying and focusing on studying the word. I gained so much from this experience. Now I find myself sucked back into wasting time watching UA-cam videos that distract me. I know that I must cleanse myself again and regain my strength. Satan is extremely clever with his distractions. You have to fight back. Pray without ceasing and endure with patients. Focus on the end goal. We are not of this world and should not conform to it.

Thanks for the ongoing encouragement. I only awakened to my state of being within the last year. Some of it is overwhelming. My sleep is disturbed recently, and I'm aware of very hateful, negative energies being sent my way. Some from close up, and some from a distance. None of it to my face.

yes my sleep has been disturbed lately. After i came out to my cousin about my brothers narcissistic tendencies of being violent, cursing and swearing at my parents, breaking things when he is angry. I got shunned by my dad even when my brother was corrected. However, my brother is just acting. He still makes a lot of noise at night and disrespects people. My parents have really failed to take accountability in this situation. I have not slept well since. Also im going to get baptized soon. My whole family is catholic i can imagine all hell breaking loose but i have to obey GOD

I've had a lot of hurt and rejection from my family complete with the classic fairy tale wicked stepmother, a super harsh and emotionally abusive father and unsupportive siblings. The only person who ever stood by me was my real Mom who sadly passed away in an accident that left me traumatized and heartbroken.
Have had horrible insomnia, nightmares and night terrors my entire life where I was being attacked by venomous snakes or threatening humans and barely able to sleep entire nights! That coupled with the exhaustion and constant attacks with unjust accusations and lack of support both at home and at work led me to the brink of suicide.😢
Ironically it's only in the last 4 years after I converted to Catholicism and learned to pray the ROSARY that I found out that those things that had terrorized me my whole life long, could actually be successfully confronted and even surmounted!
Everything I have suffered with from depression and anxiety, to physical lethargy and mental exhaustion and even the fear of the dark and inability to get rest at night seems to back down before Rosary Prayer.👊
I've had to take an antipsychotic med for years just to get a bit of rest and even then it was woefully inadequate and the side effects were awful. But after I picked up praying the full 4 Rosary mysteries daily I've been able to titrate my dosage down from 200mg (I originally started at 450mg) to where I now use less than 25 mg if even that!
ROSARY Prayer brought a stability and a sense of confidence and security I have *never* had my whole life long, except for the short seasons where I was allowed to be with my beloved Mom. But even then I'd be filled with sorrow and apprehension knowing it was only a matter of time before my father came for me to drag me back to wicked stepmother land😭
I came to JESUS through the Baptist Church and I'm so grateful for my years there where I learned to love The Bible and read it for myself, but I have to say it is only after I entered the Catholic Church and specifically started praying the full 4 Rosaries daily that I've seen this dramatic change for the better in my spiritual, mental and physical life. 💙💙💙
I still have struggles and challenges daily and ongoing but I have to say this is the *best* I have ever felt in life and the deepest, most fulfilling season of my Christian walk where I feel loved and supported by in the Kingdom of my LORD and GOD JESUS better than I ever did before.❤❤❤
I don't live in fear all the time anymore and I especially don't live in fear of the night because I know that I now have a weapon to "slay that Goliath" that used to terrorize me since childhood and I'll be able to get some decent rest at night with rare exceptions.

It hurts.. but it only makes my faith grow stronger. I was woken up to the matrix and the truth this may and have been struggling ever since but I will not give up. Everyone I know seems to be against me in spirit, my gf my family my coworkers, I can feel it now. It’s very lonely but I feel that it is the lords way of pulling me closer to him. It is a constant battle in my mind and heart. For all who are dealing with the same I will pray for you. I just want to be closer with god but this world is a constant distraction.

It's every night. I started taking naps in the afternoon to cope. 2 to 3 hours. The night doesn't seem as long.

Try playing Christian music at night especially in ur bedroom or bible audio readings I know wot u r saying here... wish i didnt! Pray - memorize scriptures - say them out loud Try some deep breathing calm ur spirit be in ur body not ur racing mind... 'casting down imaginings & every lofty thing raised up against knowledge of Christ'... Bible Cheers

I never realized that my horrible sleep problem could be caused by this! I've only been sleeping approximately 4 hours a night since I was 35 and I'm now going to be 72 very soon. I honestly thought such little sleep would end me but I'm still here. Before this happened I used to sleep 8 to 10 hours a night without waking up even once! I truly love our Lord Jesus and always will❤❤

I feel your misery. I haven't slept for more than 2-3 hours at a time in years. Most nights it takes me at least an hour to fall asleep, then I wake up an hour later with a hot flash and need to urinate. and this goes on all night long. Usually awaken at least 4-6 times a night. I can't even take a nap during the day. I'll get extremely sleepy due to lack of good sleep at night, lay down on the sofa and almost fall out then it's as if I'm "zapped" awake 5 minutes later. Full body heat and discomfort while my brain is still extremely tired. I often wonder if I'm being targeted by some type of microwave weapon.

As it was in the days of Noah and Lot so shall it be in the coming of the son of man! 2 Peter 3: 3-4, 8-9; In the last days there will come mockers and scoffers walking after their own lust and evil desires. I am usually scoffed at when i talk about God and the signs all around us today, and that people need to wake up and seek God before its too late, when the book in heaven will be closed and names blotted out. I have been told time and again that I am talking negative stuff. So i am left friendless, even family members who wants to continue in sin have walked away. I have prayed and asked God if this is how the Christian path is lonely. The next morning when I woke up and opened my iPad, I saw these words spread across; “Jesus walked the lonesome valley; he had to walk it by himself;” so I opened it and realized it was a song I had never heard before; I listened to every last line; “ I must go and stand my trials I have to stand it by myself;” I wondered if this was an answer to my question from God.

A lot of that is because you haven’t been around the right people who actually accept, understand and fully respect you and they may not fully accept God either even if they say they do. they’re harder to find and you’re protecting yourself naturally. Ive never had sleep problems before but lately not even melatonin is keeping me asleep all night, waking between 3-5 almost every night now, always starts with dread, ends with peace after i pray!
I watched a few videos where people said God is waking people up at three to pray which might be why the dread comes first. They're fighting you because God woke you up to pray. Check out some of those interesting videos.

Listen to Scourby narrate the Bible in a calm voice I just fall asleep to it. That helps me sometimes.

The enemy has separated me from my children and the local churches. He knows my weaknesses. Has tried to lure me away with women. I am now so uncomfortable with any sin. A very beautiful woman was stalking me trying to distract me away from my relationship with the Father and the Son. I realized the deception and prayed for protection from her. True humble faithful prayer is very powerful brethren. Talk to them every morning. Trust in their faithful love. It endures forever for those who truly love and obey them. Examine your faith. My prayers have evolved greatly over the past few years. Now I first talk with our king and mediator to God the father before praying to the father Yah. To move forward, you must really take the time to develop a relationship with the Son of God. He is the way and the life. He is the only way to the Father. If you don't know Yeshua his son, you will not be known by the Father Yah.
I currently work in a new workplace.
And i recently started to lose weight and i was talkin with some new colleagues and they happened to talk about food and the asked me if i smoked or did drink, but i said no.
Then this guy because i am a bit overweight he said: "do you eat?"
I just laughed it off and immediately he walked away haha.
But i know now who is who and i will keep my eye on that guy who tried to subtly get a dig at me.
But i will have the last laugh, because i lost my weight before but let myself go a bit in a difficult time, but i know what it takes to get it done and this is what we do now.
My identity lies within me and it is rooted in God, not what other men tell me or you.
They don't know you, but you know them, very well!

I used to get nightmares all the time. I found if you pray for protection while you sleep in the name of Jesus Christ, you don't get nightmares any more, only dreams. I now sleep soundly and do not have evil dreams.👍🙏❤️🔥
