it's extremely linear, it has ZERO tracking, it's really really strong if you aren't able to step it, that's pretty much Dragunov in a nutshell anyway, very weak against good sidestep timing.

Dragonuv may not be great once everyone starts sidestepping his F,F, F + 2 and his qcf 4 that Knee was abusing here. Without those Dragunov forced to play defensively

Mid, so it can't be blocked or dodged via crouch- plus frames on block, heat engager, launcher if you consume heat into a combo, high range.

@@bbwolf326 Potentially, but a lot of other characters have a lot of strong things like Jin, Reina, and Kazuya.
I just want Dragunov to be in a spot where people don't tier-whore him like in Tekken 7 Season 1, but I want him to be strong enough to be competitive.
(Then again, Rangchu won the world championship with PANDA so...)
