Junior was wrong for talking about an ongoing investigation. Andy was wrong for blowing up on Junior based on his disdain towards Senior Senior was out of line, period
Naw. Andy's response was very warranted. Nepotism hires is bad enough. But nepotism hires with baggage? Bad blood attached? That's an armed nuclear missile just waiting to hit a target.
They’ve been thru a lot together already. They look out for each other .. they went looking for Danny and found Kristin dead in his apt, found guy who killed Kristin, Connie read him the right act that after 911 everybody was hurting not just him etc.. 👍
I could see someone thinking here that Clark was some kind of nepotism hire and could cause a lot of trouble. And Andy of course tends to assume the worst about people.
The relationship between Connie and Andy aside for a second, every single male with a female mate knows that 'Did I say anything?' statement. It's number 2 on the Danger List right after, 'It's fine.' 🤣😂
The acting on this show was/is above all others. Plenty of shows have “good acting”, but this one was different. It was just very real/natural. Nothing seemed “written”, to me.
the line from the blonde when she gets off the phone is SO bad. 'mrs carlson just went DOA'? who would ever say it that way? She was terminally ill, in a hospital, she wasnt dead on arrival, she died. the writers over jargoned it
It wasn't a good idea that Johnny boy was asking his pops a case that his son is investigating with Andy. Knowingly that he was gonna screw his own kid over and not taking his advice, well Johnny Boy you messed up bro. But Dutch Boy did it worse for Johnny Boy, my advice to Johnny Clark: Don't let your father interfere with the case that your father doesn't like Sipowicz.
Connie just loved Andy from the beginning. She was new in the squad n went w him to look for missing Danny at the apartment n found the stripper girl doa 😪
@@leehunter1967 Nope. A perp once mistook Andy for being an ADA and Andy didn’t correct his assumption. The name of the episode is “A.D.A. Sipowicz”, Season 2, ep 22.
The writing and acting is excellent, but the camera work comes off as so goofy and strange on this show...Like Steve Bochco was on heroin when he shot this or something. I think he thought he was starting a new trend or something...but he was wrong.. And it hasn't aged well at all.
The eye work in this scene is masterful

The children must pay for the sins of the fathers.
Junior shouldn't have looped in Senior about the case.
Correctly said and summarized
Only with a look was Connie able to convince Andy that perhaps he had taken the situation a bit out of hand, which I think Andy knew deep down.
He had bad history with John Clark senior
connie's so good for andy. she's like his conscience.

Just the look, without saying anything.
And then she just disappears.
and hot too
I always thought that too
"What? I'm the bad guy?" Classic Andy.
Well..a bunch of ppl thinks he is..lol.
Charlotte Ross was a stunningly attractive woman
No Doubt....
Gorgeous
Was???
She's still alive.
@@JosephTSenaI know she was on Arrow
@@lukescribner9100 She also has a one hit wonder attached to her as well. Too bad it never got mentioned in a blooper on the show.

Poor John. Sr screwed him at the beginning and screwed him big time at the end.
Most excellence on the two seconds black at the end!
Time to process...
Nice job! 💯

This show was amazing sometimes you forgot they were acting it was that intense.
Mark Gosselaar said that it was like an acting class - he would just watch Dennis Franz every chance he could
Will we see the part where Andy rips Clark Sr a new one and then John Clark Jr says "Thats still my father, you dont talk to him that way".
Oops, forgot it. Will put up tomorrow, Thanks!
@@justanotherdrunk this is why I love your channel
75% of the time Andy is the jerk but I agree with him on this one.
Try 80% joen0411
This show was so great
“What? I’M the bad guy?”
The actor playing Clark’s dad was also on HILL STREET BLUES Didn’t like him then either.
BUT .. Hill Street was also an awesome show. 🚔🚔🚔
Spano played an annoying character in both shows. On HSB wasn't he Henry Goldbloom?
Sipowicz was there too
That's Joe Spano. In NCIS his character, Fornell, got shot in the backside by Gibbs. Still a classic!!
Then he's doing his job!😂
Excellent character actor from that era..
Nothing worse than getting that Dutchboy stink on you.
In this case I believe "Dutchboy stink" could also refer to the phrase "something's rotten in Denmark" - Lol
Didn't Medavoy made a joke about John Senior and Andy and the paint?

They did that a lot, with "doa"
John Jr. didn't have a chance with his father, although he kept trying.
Had a quick flashback to Andy n fancy yelling n instead of Andy doing the ok 👌symbol he did the thumb thing to Rodriguez☹️☹️😂
They kept in in house.. Lt Rodriguez could’ve made a call on Clark sr to Clark sr command saying his phone calls were interfering w their case.
Uh oh. Zack just got called into Mr. Belding's office.
