I’m a Christian and I do spiritual bathes. I pray to God, write, n clean all those negative thoughts, stress, anxiety anything negative. I look at it like I cook n eat these things why can’t I bathe in them. No I don’t use crystals but I respect the meaning of them.

I've actually gotten this question a lot outside of this video my love lol I would honestly advise against it... The intention is to put in the work to receive your blessings and cleansings.... Getting frozen would be like a shortcut... you know? Our ancestors used fresh... I know okra these days has been really hard to find... I hope this helps... Sending blessings to you 🙏🏼

Yes, your supposed to pour it on your head. In the tub, you have to submerge yourself. Cold water is a must.
