I cried too and not just one time. In this video, I saw their entire journey as Dreamcatcher which resonated with my memory since 2017. I have been with them since the start. It felt really personal

The most beautiful part of this MV is when Dreamcatcher is crying and it looks like they can't climb any further, it is the combined lightsticks of Insomnia that lift them higher. Honestly, is there any fandom that is loved more than we are?
I'm not even gonna lie, I shed many tears from this MV, happy tears to be sure, but still, this song and MV made me SO emotional. The girls love us so much, and it shows so much in everything they do with and for Somnies. They really are the sweetest people on the planet, I swear!

I did not know about them until Scream came out. Of course I researched and waited (still had no idea about Minx so my options were very limited) and waited and waited... I can't imagine all the waiting you have had to do over the years. :)

One fun fact that goes under the radar a lot:
DC's songs are produced in house, from writing to composition, to instruments. Unlike the more conventional big groups with the budget to hire overseas producers and then mashing the best pieces together. The only thing I know that DC outsources is their MV's post production. Since this is a fan song, it's likely it's also compiled by their managers and staff. Reason is definitely at the top of my list right now as the SOTY even though the year just started. :) They came in like a monster.

I wouldn't be surprised if the animations were done by a fan, I seem to recognize the style. Whoever did them, they did a great job. I see the book from the Nightmare arc, the mask from Scream, the gun from R.o.S.E Blue, the gagged bust from Boca, the cup from Odd Eye, the hand through the mirror from Good Night and the clock from Piri.
Musically, I am in heaven. I'm a metalhead and I love the song. AND THAT RIFF! 🤘🎸 Obviously the song is an absolute anthem!

I was really expecting a song like Fairytale tbh, sonically. For some reason (no pun intended I swear) I was really convinced especially with the song being for fans and the sound for Fairytale really would fit a song like that. But this was such a banger, they sang their lungs off and I love how they implemented past eras with those cartoon versions of themselves. Such a cute video as well. 🥹
