It’s important to know that people with APD can go to therapy and learn to work through their social struggles. They aren’t “evil” or “doomed to be bad”. Their brains are just different socially. But they can learn and use methods to help with socializing (using logic to produce empathetic behavior, distancing to avoid manipulation, etc.)
You forgot to mention that sociopaths have little to no feelings.

That's me. Diagnosed at 14 for ASPD after I went through Elementary, middle and high school without making a single friend or bonding with anyone on any capacity. I'm now 22 and the naivety of "Don't worry, it will change when I grow up" already vanished. I made my peace with playing life on single player. It's a shame if you think about it. You live only once and you never get to experience the fun things people remember even after 50 years. Feeling love and being loved. Feeling joy of being around people you like, because you don't like anybody. Going out with that girl you find attractive, but don't have any desire to have her around, only see her as an unfilled checkbox on paper. Making friends for the sake of making friends instead of abusable connections you will exploit whenever you feel like it and then shut them off once they give you what you wanted...
I sometimes go out into the public and sit in mall or a park for no other reason than to watch people around, groups of mom's with their kids, groups of middle schoolers chasing each other with sticks. Groups of teens laughing with each other saying how the party this weekend will be fun...
It sickens me thinking about how much I'm missing out, it sickens me even more thinking about the fact that even if I changed tommorow how am I suppossed to catch up to 22 years of distance from social activities? I talk like a child, because I never spoke with anybody. Average person says more things in one month than I have in 22 years and what sickens me the most is that I no longer care. At least I used to have hope things will turn out okay and I will get to live a normal life like everybody else, but that hope is long gone.
I wouldn't wish this to my worst enemies if I ever had any other than myself and I already lost that war.

Happiness is fleeting, pain is eternal. Agony from this never ending pain gives an emotional high to the mentally unstable. This piano piece beautifully captures this message. Its almost as if this music tries to coax out the darkness within the soul of anyone listening to it. Simply magnificent.
