disconsidering hitcounts, AQA is best for NP if the servant is 2A2B or 2A2Q, aside from certain cases like orion, where the quick card has much higher hitcounts than the arts card, so AQQ is best if it has a 1A2Q2B, AQQ is preferable, but if its a servant that have much higher hitcounts on their buster cards than their quick cards, like scathach, then go for ABB unless she is receiving quick effect boosts. if its an assasin with 3Q and high hit counts on its quick cards and low on its single arts like jack, QQQ is preferable for NP, since the diference in gain wont be so great, and the crit stars you may generate are more helpful if its a 3B servant, unless they have very high buster hitcounts compared to their quick card (diference of 2-3 hits) go for ABQ
