    Love these. Would you recommend doing these sorts of key sessions twice in a week? Quality as always

      @@TheRunningWhale thanks Craig. I wouldn’t put a constraint of the defined week - if you know what I mean! I think the best value of these sessions is gained by doing these when fresh. Plus factor in your goals and the stage you’re at in your training plan. Even once a month would be good but there could be a recovery penalty to pay 🥴. I’m a bit fatigued today🥸

      @@andywhiteley6027 yes chap. Not getting worse. Taking extra recovery with more non-running days. After these 5k races coming up I may have to have a more focused rehab plan though🫡
