One of my favorite things about your channel is that you often say, “…and that’s why this piece works better.” I like the breakdown because I think a lot of people think styling is just natural fashion instinct, but it’s also a skill that you have to continuously learn - and I learn a lot from you, Andrea!
Yes, I was just thinking before you said something that I like how you use your clothes and accessories in more than one video because we SHOULD wear our things more often rather than having so many clothes.
I lost count of how many pets you have... It might be nice to do a little pet meet n greet. I know I'd enjoy it, especially with the little voices you do for them.
Wow, so many creative looks with just one skirt 😍 I loved them all! Metals to me are neutrals so they can all go together, and mixing patterns is so fun! When you showed the inside of your coat with the animal print next to the floral print of the skirt I thought it was intentional because I loved it so much 😍😍😍
The spring outfit with the updo is STUNNING! I'm a govt.worker and college teacher so that would be my go-to for formal socials, even though my pear shaped body type might not be flattered by the silhoette, but the ensemble is very ME.
When you are pear shaped, like me, the most important thing is to not overly accentuate your hips by adding any extra, unnecessary fabric, like ruffles on the bottom of your shirts or ruching/gathering on the tops of your lowers (skirts or trousers). Other than that, wear what you like, what makes you happy! I'm sure you could happily, and beautifully, wear any of these styles!
Sometimes you can bypass the pear shape by wearing a top/cardigan that's snug up top and flaring out down upon the skirt, accentuating and elongating your waist. Look at long empire waist or peplum tops (sadly difficult to find in shops, if anyone has any brand recommendations please share
Dunno if adding "top-heavy" stuff would balance it out, but you could try: poofy princess sleeves, padded shoulders, pauldrons, whatever. Hope this helps you!
I, too, have a cat named Albie. He's a tabby who is so chill and sweet. 😊 I dig your cat mom energy. The way your cats respond to you tells me you're a sweet person even when the camera isn't recording. Thank you for including those candid moments with your fur babies. ❤ I would love it so very much if you did a series of concert and festival outfits across the multitude of music genres there are. That would be so fun to feel like you're with me in my closet, helping me decide what to wear to see a band or catch a show. 😅 Thank you for all your entertaining content!
I just love your "Lets do it." I have to rewind if I miss your "Lets do it," part. Your breakdown on fashion styling simple and understanding, not complicated.
You look gorgeous with your hair up, you should do more videos with that hairstyle! I can also see the whole lewk better without any hair covering it, just realized. No shade, you are a wonderfully quirky person, full of light and joy, with any hair or outfit. You always look amazing 😍 thank you for your content ❤❤❤
As someone who really loves Renissance/Tudor fashion and tries to incorporate elements from it into their daily wardrobe, this is one of the most gorgeous skirts I've seen! Seriously, I'm in love ❤ All the outfits you created were great!
I used to have a skirt of similar length and equally rich pattern I adored. Like you, I found ways to wear it all year long, and did so for years. And I love Andrea’s purring magpies.
The fact that you called the cashmere piece a jumper made my Australian heart so incredibly happy❤ but all of those outfits were gorgeous! What a fantastic and versatile skirt!
Yes, you look beautiful Andrea, and the skirt is gorgeous, but I love the little tips I pick up off you about skirt and coat length etc. Also, mixed metals are very popular right now and I like how you explained how they should complement each other because I know that there will be some of people trying to match a warm gold with a cool silver and wondering why it doesn't work. 😂😂
I'm in love with that skirt 😍 And it's okay that the coat doesn't fully cover the skirt. It makes the rest of the uncovered part of the skirt look like trim - gorgeous trim✨ Very Victorian, I'd say ❤
Can you make a staples list please? Once you styled sequin top and i never thought that a sequin top could look that sophisticated and be that much of a staple. Pretty please ❤
I love Nora, I wear her when I'm going for my dark fairy look at Ren Faire and in life, and she works as a great foundation garment under your clothing when you want to look snatched. I have Belinda in a few colors as well and she never fails. Get thee a brown corset/belt for the piratey outfits that black Belinda doesn't match with!
This was the best video I have seen and what a beautiful skirt! I would love to have a long jacket made of that material. Thank you for demonstrating how versatile you can be with a single skirt. Girl you are gifted!!
The autumn and winter looks were my favorites, then that first spring look. That skirt is so beautiful, it definitely needs to be worn often! Maybe add a sweater with a bit of sparkle for a holiday look?
I would wear the heat tech clothes under the cashmere sweater an then a thick coat because I'm a Frostbeule, that's my destiny. I loved all the outfits ❤ and the cats
Thank you again, Andrea. I pick up a few tricks from others, both on line and in retail. Still learning at 76, and you are the best! I fell in love with fashion when I took up yardage weaving back in the late 1970's. It opened up a world of appreciation for this art and using it in clothing, draperies and rugs that I'm sure you share. I learn more in how to style outfits from you than from anyone else on UA-cam. It's a pleasure to visit your site, and just wanted to let you know I'm watching and enjoying and learning still. +
I am so in love with this skirt! I had fell in love with it immediately you showed it. I've been looking for more midi and maxi skirts and dresses. I will be on the lookout for something close to it one day. I LOVE your personality, fun, attention to detail and of course our furry little ones. May I say I love how vocal and sweet Albie is? Could you do another intro with your beautiful pets? Much love and looking forward to the next one.
Love this! It's so great to encourage wearing things through multiple seasons. I hate the whole "I need a new wardrobe for a new season" idea... No you just need to adjust how you wear your clothes. And the "it's great to re-use things" comment about the bag - yes! I actually don't even own a big handbag because I'm a cyclist, but one of my pleather backpacks adjusts to wear as a handbag if I wanted to. I'm also just not really a bag for fashion person. Bags are practical and I only change the bag depending on what function I need it for that day
I love this video! And the kitties are so adorable. Also, I know they don't go together at all, but the zebra print in the coat and the pattern on the skirt clashed, it was still kind of fabulous, too.
Since watching this channel, I really try more to wear accessories or change shoes oder coats. So I came to the result that watching Andrea is good for me! I also think the shov-shov-noises when shoveling my shirts or blouses in my skirts. Having fun with clothes is so wonderful!
I’m impressed that you were able to style such an elegant skirt such a variety of ways! I wouldn’t have thought of half of those ideas. Also, my favorite is the first autumn outfit. There’s just something regal about it imo.
All the outfits have this perfect modern+chic+elegant+classy+ unique mix in them. I totally love them! Also, when you made us choose I choosed all the ones you choosed but I couldnt understand why, it was just I felt it looked better, and when you explain the reason why, it totally made same, and that allowed me to apply that wisdom with my own clothes, bc now I know the WHY. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I have a similar skirt. I really loved the Spring and Winter outfits. That lovely skirt would also be great with a red or yellow top, just for a punch of color.
Yess to wearing the same clothes all year round! I have a crop top that i bought and rarely use because it only works for summer, so i started wearing it under cardigans and no one can see that it's cropped! Now i can wear it year-round!
Ok this is an out there comment. I have a brownish with goldish version of that fabric thats been haunting my fabric stash for years now. I think you just showed me the perfect thing to make out of it! You also showed me how to style it. Bonus! Thanks for that! 😋
I have a selection of different circle skirts or gathered skirts I made myself, high waisted and end from above my knees to mid-calf. And a number of itentical tops in white, red and black. I wear them all year around in a few different combinations. It's great. And always looks really good. Absolutely loved this video. ❤
Andrea, you are stunning! While I could be speaking of your looks, I am not. I speak of your creations. You are a constant source of delight and an example of the glory of doing you, and brilliantly. Blessings on you and you menagerie. You bring joy!
Personally, I think tying your hair up for the first look really elevates the whole ensemble. Not that it's trash with your hair down, it just adds that little extra detail
I just love your videos; they make my creative mind happy & give me so many great & clever ideas. (And obviously-happy pet cameos to make me smile.) You're one of the very best at articulating the detailed thought processes you go through as you build your outfits. You make experimenting such a joyful activity :)
Great creative looks! I'm cold now, so loving the spring, fall, and winter looks best. (Maybe a big, reddish-maroon bag for a pop of color in the winter version? 🙊🙈🥰)
I wear skirts I dresses ...... End of ...... No trousers. A nice thick pair of over the knee socks will keep you perfectly warm in the Winter 😆. Recommendation ...... Find yourself a drawtop bag with tassels (I have one of my grandmother's from the 1920's that I used as an idea and manufactured a couple from thrift shop fabrics) ...... Looks lovely with your Summer blouse and skirt choice. Love 😍 your kitties!
Andrea, I love your outfits so much! I have been wondering if you would ever buy a white (or non monochrome) corset, while I don't think it would go well with this look I do think it would be lovely to have the same variety of corsets you have in belts. I love your channel and looks regardless!
One of my favorite things about your channel is that you often say, “…and that’s why this piece works better.” I like the breakdown because I think a lot of people think styling is just natural fashion instinct, but it’s also a skill that you have to continuously learn - and I learn a lot from you, Andrea!
Same here! I have learned so many tips from her that I use now. She even inspired me to buy waist belts (I now own three).
I agree 100%! Plus I love her “Matchy-Matchy” skills.
Yesss!!!! This! I have learned so much and now I love dressing myself up!
Yes, I was just thinking before you said something that I like how you use your clothes and accessories in more than one video because we SHOULD wear our things more often rather than having so many clothes.
I concur! We should celebrate fashion creativity like this! These videos are inspiring. 🥰
I love it when skirts have pockets!
I lost count of how many pets you have... It might be nice to do a little pet meet n greet. I know I'd enjoy it, especially with the little voices you do for them.
I agree, I watch for the pets as much as the fashion
Ditto. I swear once I saw a tortoise! Must know all of them with their names!!❤😊
The summer “Esmeralda” look and the winter outfit with the olive coat were stunning! I love how both outfits worked beautifully for both seasons ❤️
I love the “catmercials” in between the segments ❤😻🍉
An 8-Minute long video by Andrea? Is it Christmas again?☺️
I love the fact that you dont cut out the segments that have your cats in it! It's really adorable
Wow, so many creative looks with just one skirt 😍 I loved them all! Metals to me are neutrals so they can all go together, and mixing patterns is so fun! When you showed the inside of your coat with the animal print next to the floral print of the skirt I thought it was intentional because I loved it so much 😍😍😍
Was just commenting the same thing! They clashed, but it was still pretty fabulous, actually.
The spring outfit with the updo is STUNNING! I'm a govt.worker and college teacher so that would be my go-to for formal socials, even though my pear shaped body type might not be flattered by the silhoette, but the ensemble is very ME.
Shapes don't matter as much as your taste. Wear what u want!

The A line shape works well with us pears. Go for it!
I love mixing and matching clothes for every season. You did this perfectly.

That would be phenomenal! I'd find that very helpful. I'm going to cross my fingers she makes one. Or more even! 🤓
The editing is top-notch, as always.
Yes, and I love the typewriter sound while she's transitioning!
Love the different vintage styles. You make everything look beautiful.
That Spring look is jaw dropping holy-
I love your videos so much. The fashion advice is great, and the humor with the editing and sound effects gets me every time 😂
This was the best video I have seen and what a beautiful skirt! I would love to have a long jacket made of that material. Thank you for demonstrating how versatile you can be with a single skirt. Girl you are gifted!!
My 3 year old loves your shorts. He is not into fashion, he is here for the animals and the “let’s do it”! 😂❤
The autumn and winter looks were my favorites, then that first spring look. That skirt is so beautiful, it definitely needs to be worn often! Maybe add a sweater with a bit of sparkle for a holiday look?
I love that skirt, and your babies!
There isn't an outfit you don't look absolutely gorgeous in🥰😍
And this is why I like Andrea’s channel. Andrea can style anything I also like her furry friends. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love when I find a skirt that makes me want to wear it all year long. You wore it well! ❤
I would wear the heat tech clothes under the cashmere sweater an then a thick coat because I'm a Frostbeule, that's my destiny.
I loved all the outfits ❤ and the cats

That spring outfit gave me so much life granted it could be the ruffles. Along with shiney things I also love lace and ruffles. 😍
I am so in love with this skirt! I had fell in love with it immediately you showed it. I've been looking for more midi and maxi skirts and dresses.
I will be on the lookout for something close to it one day.

HOW DO YOU FIND A WAY TO STYLE LITTERALLY EVERYTHING!? Like I bet you could style a trash bag and it would still look cute!
She has 🤭
I just happend to be that I found the video of her styling the trash bag on my fyp right before I saw this reply :)
So many great looks on what you would think of as a very formal, dressy skirt ❤
This type of content is gold!! The variations are so interesting - how to dress up or dress down same pieces of clothing
Can you do a video showing how to shop vintage shops?
Love this! It's so great to encourage wearing things through multiple seasons. I hate the whole "I need a new wardrobe for a new season" idea... No you just need to adjust how you wear your clothes.

Love the skirt, especially with the boots. And I like the way you do matchy-matchy in a subtle way, pieces that coordinate rather than actually match.
I liked the first autumn outfit best
I'm in love with your autumnal looks because those are simply too practical and lovely for my taste. Thank you for the inspiration!!!
I’m impressed that you were able to style such an elegant skirt such a variety of ways! I wouldn’t have thought of half of those ideas. Also, my favorite is the first autumn outfit. There’s just something regal about it imo.
She combined a blazer with a cardigan! 🤯 She just unleashed endless new possibilities for me combining my clothes. 🙈
The first outfit is something I would have worn in 1982-83 for sure!
I miss those skirts.
At my age those skirts do me no favors! hahaha@@jdane2277
All the outfits have this perfect modern+chic+elegant+classy+ unique mix in them. I totally love them! I'm here for the kitties ❤, but the styling is nice, too.
I like the duster with the dark top. It's flowy enough to be playful and the multi-pattern of the farmets gives a slight bohemian feel.
I have a similar skirt. I really loved the Spring and Winter outfits. That lovely skirt would also be great with a red or yellow top, just for a punch of color.
Andrea you can definitely fix the hole in your knit don't despair!!!
Can I just say Albie is the cutest cat ever?
Thanks for featuring your companion animals. They are so darn cute! It is obvious they are well loved and taken care of. Love your videos!!❤😊
I love that skirt. And the first look, with your hair up, is my favorite.
Andrea you are absolutely genius with all your fashion ideas x
Take care n Stay safe x Hugs to you & your fur babies x
Thank you for subtitles !👍

So many stunning looks I cannot choose. The skirt is gorgeous and luxuriant. Well done.
The outfit with the coat is the best one! Thank you
Creative! I was drawn repeatedly to the dark on dark combos!
I love them all but I love them with belts
I have a selection of different circle skirts or gathered skirts I made myself, high waisted and end from above my knees to mid-calf. And a number of itentical tops in white, red and black. I wear them all year around in a few different combinations. It's great. And always looks really good. Absolutely loved this video. ❤
I love the outfit with the long black coat but they are all nice❤❤
The skirt is lovely but that blazer fits you like a dream. Instantly elevates every look
The fall style is my jam ❤
I loved every season ! That really is a beautiful skirt 🤩
We need more long blazer looks!! 👀👀👀 And that lovely little lace duster moment *chef’s kiss* More outfits with her! 😍🥰💋✨
Most of these outfits literally made my jaw drop. Amazing!
I love this long form! So much more interesting information.
Like the winter options, but love the fall the most!
First outfit with hair up is the prettiest thing I've seen in a long time 💕
Andrea, you are stunning!
I love the long blazer! I have been getting into long coats this chilly season.
That Spring outfit is one of my absolute faves of yours!! 😍😍😍😍😃🌱🌷
In fact, ALL these outfits are absolute 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

That shut down was the most absolute on point I've ever witnessed
Dang! She has over 1 million followers now. When did that happen?! Much deserved ❤
All of these were great, but the winter one stole my heart ❤
Love you, your styling ability, your sense of creativity and your cheekiness. Thanks for sharing all that
That second winter outfit is just *chef kiss* 🤌
I love that we get your sweet pets in your longer videos.
I liked all your looks; the skirt is quite beautiful. My favorite was the spring look with the blazer. Show stopper!
Love your videos!!! Amazing content! Would you please do a makeup tutorial? Your eyes look amazing! ❤
Loved how you dressed the one skirt. Winter was my favourite, but loved them all. You so talented
The Autumn styles were my favorite.
I love Autum 1 and Winter 1. Those are so my style
Also your kitties love you so much. They are so cute
Loved watching this!!!! You’re so talented
You bring us joy!❤😊
That skirt is giving ethnic Indian vibes and I love the way you styled it. Overall, makes it look like fusion style.
Great creative looks! I'm cold now, so loving the spring, fall, and winter looks best. (Maybe a big, reddish-maroon bag for a pop of color in the winter version? 🙊🙈🥰)

Love 😍 your kitties!
as someone that is not that well versed in fashion and learned late, I learn so much everytime i watch one of your videos
the computer restart sound at 4:56 is HILARIOUS 😭
Andrea, I love your outfits so much! I have been wondering if you would ever buy a white (or non monochrome) corset, while I don't think it would go well with this look I do think it would be lovely to have the same variety of corsets you have in belts. I love your channel and looks regardless!
