Let's say you do the Impossible, you pull that lever and a new party/candidate gets elected, then what? Voting is not a huge significant political process compared to marching,.campaigning, fighting for change at the local level - putting pressure on institutions that have historically served the 'opulent of the minority' to do what is good for humanity.

I back Stein, but when asked to deliver key points of difference, the cutting edge, she delivers detail instead of contrast. This kind of mistake must be corrected. Also she avoids Coivd, which makes it even more impt, and also shows weakness. There are strong arguments to make. She needs, in my opinion, make sure she's using the right weapon at the right time.
How would she protect small businesses from corporate takeover? Sadly this is already happening and they eliminate competition which is why things are so expensive, what is her solution to this? Also what would she do if Congress tried passing a centralized digital currency?

I like Jill more than Dr. West, she is much more experienced in politics, he has great charisma but we need someone who knows how to play the game and already the Green Party has the most ballot access of all third parties. Dr. West made a huge mistake by leaving the greens.
Being engaged in the left for the last decade and a half, I've actually met Stein briefly before. She has left a good impression on me, but there are aspects of the Greens that have been pretty disappointing. In particular, when the Minneapolis Green Party ran aggressively the more popular Socialist Alternative city council candidate in Minneapolis in 2013. Instead of allowing a budding 3rd party movement a 2nd city council seat, they shot the 3rd party movement in the foot.
What makes me laugh is, should the worst ever happen, this is the “republic” people in DC will want us to fight for? 😂. What a joke. But you do have my vote doc

Greens relevant enough to be the only influence out there to get Disappointingacrats to do anything progressive. Like their Green New Deal was a watered down version of our original. AOC touts it as her biggest accomplishment but what would she have come up with if Greens were not out there being relevant? According to Ballotpedia statistics Greens are the largest party on the left and the 4th biggest party after Libertarians and the duopoly.
A great campaign, but I'm having a hard time getting energized about someone who has run previously. I'd also be interested in hearing Dr. Stein's response to Ralph Nader's constructive criticism of the Green Party and his recommendation to Dr. West that he run Independent in 2024.
Nader had been wrong about the Green Party since his run in 2000. When he ran in 2004 and 2008, he ran as an independent. His best showing was when he ran as a Green... primarily because of ballot access. Nader has really disappointed me in turning his back on the Green Party and the effort to build a stronger party for resistance. Nader's (and other's) advice to Cornel to run independent was a terrible recommendation. And of course, the truth is showing itself now, as Cornel continues to struggle. Cornel and Jill should be running together on the Green Party ticket. It's really our best shot to break through. I truly hope Cornel changes his mind, again.

Oh she is open to it. Please remember he went off to get away from a party now he is starting one. So Dr. Stein is only telling it like it is. Greens encourage a solidarity coalition similar to Jesse Jackson's Rainbow Coalition of the 1980s.

I was a Green Party member for a good portion of my life and the height of my optimism was being a precinct captain for Matt Gonzales (& my first exposure to the corruption of the DNC via none other than corporate Democrat Gavin Newsom🤮) BUT I wish the Greens weren’t so much like molasses 🥵👎 Extraordinary circumstances require extraordinary actions. The clock has run out. We don’t have time for all the process. We have no choice but to believe in god and miracles right now and need to break protocols and take risks. Those who risk nothing, need hope for nothing. All that said, I’m voting Green for the first time in 25 years 🙏🌞🤝🌞🙏 If humanity is going under, I’m going under with a clear conscience 💪🫠
To be Green means to seek higher ground. We're diverse enough that sometimes we have different ideas for the most urgent goals.
We just have to remember our 4 pillars of: Democracy, Ecology, Peace and Social Justice.

Let's say you do the Impossible, you pull that lever and a new party/candidate gets elected, then what? Voting is not a huge significant political process compared to marching,.campaigning, fighting for change at the local level - putting pressure on institutions that have historically served the 'opulent of the minority' to do what is good for humanity.
We need it all. Keep in mind Greens have the bigger picture in mind. Jill already is bringing together great minds to serve us when elected. She had a shadow cabinet before so who you bring matters. That is where Dr. West could re enter. Secretary of Education?

I back Stein, but when asked to deliver key points of difference, the cutting edge, she delivers detail instead of contrast. This kind of mistake must be corrected. Also she avoids Coivd, which makes it even more impt, and also shows weakness. There are strong arguments to make. She needs, in my opinion, make sure she's using the right weapon at the right time.
I wish she had spent more time actually detailing policies rather than critiquing alt candidate positions.
How would she protect small businesses from corporate takeover? Sadly this is already happening and they eliminate competition which is why things are so expensive, what is her solution to this? Also what would she do if Congress tried passing a centralized digital currency?
I hope @DrJillStein has a CLEAR and SPECIFIC message to BLACK VOTERS!! It would be TRAGIC to not take that opportunity to BUILD your coalition with a voter base in which you can make feel SEEN AND HEARD! I want people to say "Oh yea the Greens" and not "Who are they?"

I like Jill more than Dr. West, she is much more experienced in politics, he has great charisma but we need someone who knows how to play the game and already the Green Party has the most ballot access of all third parties. Dr. West made a huge mistake by leaving the greens.
Being engaged in the left for the last decade and a half, I've actually met Stein briefly before. She has left a good impression on me, but there are aspects of the Greens that have been pretty disappointing. In particular, when the Minneapolis Green Party ran aggressively the more popular Socialist Alternative city council candidate in Minneapolis in 2013. Instead of allowing a budding 3rd party movement a 2nd city council seat, they shot the 3rd party movement in the foot.
What makes me laugh is, should the worst ever happen, this is the “republic” people in DC will want us to fight for? 😂. What a joke. But you do have my vote doc

Greens relevant enough to be the only influence out there to get Disappointingacrats to do anything progressive. Like their Green New Deal was a watered down version of our original. AOC touts it as her biggest accomplishment but what would she have come up with if Greens were not out there being relevant?
According to Ballotpedia statistics Greens are the largest party on the left and the 4th biggest party after Libertarians and the duopoly.
A great campaign, but I'm having a hard time getting energized about someone who has run previously. I'd also be interested in hearing Dr. Stein's response to Ralph Nader's constructive criticism of the Green Party and his recommendation to Dr. West that he run Independent in 2024.
Nader had been wrong about the Green Party since his run in 2000. When he ran in 2004 and 2008, he ran as an independent. His best showing was when he ran as a Green... primarily because of ballot access.
Nader has really disappointed me in turning his back on the Green Party and the effort to build a stronger party for resistance.
Nader's (and other's) advice to Cornel to run independent was a terrible recommendation. And of course, the truth is showing itself now, as Cornel continues to struggle.
Cornel and Jill should be running together on the Green Party ticket. It's really our best shot to break through. I truly hope Cornel changes his mind, again.
