CHICKEN CURRY | Easy Chicken Curry Recipe |

Finally, nakapagluto din ako nitong Filipino Style Chicken Curry. Isa sa mga gustong gusto kong ulam dahil sa richness ng flavor na sinamahan pa ng gata ng niyog na lalong nagpalinamnam.
Ingredients: 1 kg chicken thigh
2 thumbs ginger • 1 whole garlic • 1 med onion
1/4 tsp black pepper • 2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp curry powder • 1 can coconut milk
400 ml • 3 pcs bay leaf • 1 big carrot
3 pcs potato • 1 pc green bell pepper
1 pc red bell pepper • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
